Taco stand

Parking is limited, tacos are well worth it. Best tacos iv had by far and that salsa is damn hot but bomb. This place is also known as tacos el pueblito:

This Is a great place to eat if you want to loose weight because you will surely puke everything you ate as I just did today.
Ok the food didn’t taste so great and I didn’t expect too much given the circumstance and price.
With a lot of hot sauce the taste was passable if you are starving.
15 minutes after I drove away I started to feel it.
had to park my car and run into a coffee shop.
Barely made it to the toilet to puke!
sorry this was my first negative review but I hope it saves someone else from what I had to endure.

Good, cheap mexican food. Has a variety of meats like intestine if you are into that kind of stuff. Otherwise, I would stick with the pork which I think is the best thing there. You place your order at the meat station and then go fill your burrito/​taco with salsa at the end of the stand. Then you go back and have them wrap up your food to go. Depending on who you get, English may be a challenge.
This place gets 3.5 stars because food can be inconsistent. I would go back if I am in the area but it wouldn’t be my first choice just because of the inconsistency.

So if you’re like me, you look at the area in which the place is in, and go from there. I was driving down Alvarado St. with my boyfriend, and we’re so hungry, decided to stop at this little in the parking lot/​on the sidewalk place. They are right the in the open, they cook right in front of you. Let me tell you, if you want the best tacos you have ever tasted, come here! They have 4 different meats to choose from, and they also have quesadillas :) It’s like a mom and pop, very friendly people, plenty of lighting. They also now how a place for you to sit and eat. The best thing, they are so inexpensive, got 3 quesadillas and 2 tacos, very big and fulling, for $ 15. Do not judge a book by its cover, the areas not the best, but the tacos sure are. There is parking right behind it, you can see your car the whole time, but the people there are very friendly. Best place in town for authentic tacos!
