Came here for Bestreet Weekend this past summer. Great venue, cool art.
Also, entrance is on the side and there’s parking a few blocks down.

Great Space.
I’ve been to some wonderful events here.
It’s a large venue and it’s covered, inside & out, with graffiti and street art.
This place used to be the Mikawaya Mochi factory (history).
There are several buildings/​indoor areas and a nice, large outdoor courtyard which usually has food trucks and picnic tables.
Tip — The address is listed as 4th St. but the entrance to the venue is usually set up on Seaton St. (just south of 4th).
