I’ve come here twice for the cholo fried rice and it was really good. The second time I got 2 eggs and it was worth the extra $ 3 especially if your sharing. It’s a mix of Asian, Mexican and breakfast and the sauce on top is delicious.

The best service, too bad that they are closing down. Food was great, the chicken in the fried chicken sandwich was good, and the fried rice was delicious. And Damien was the best/fun bartender ever!

Cute DTLA spot. Buuut. we walked in on a Saturday night and waited at the uncrowded bar while the bartender chatted with a server. Waited and then waited some more. We were never even acknowledged so eventually we walked out! If I ever come back and actually get acknowledged and can try some food or drink, I’ll update! Sucks to have this experience at a place with good reviews!

Not crazy about the service. I mean it’s like Sunday at 4pm… not really busy but I waited forever for someone to come seat me n my frannzzz. I actually had to start wandering around for someone to finally acknowledge me, «have you been helped?» The Moscow Müle is alright I’ve had better. But it’s like not super weak so that’s a plus! MY friend says her Strawberry Shortcake drink is weak though. My mushroom slider is good. The food is good! Alright so they’ve redeemed themselves by having good food. Oh and good music. Lotsa punk. at least when I was there

All that I can say is what a fun place. We came on a Saturday for happy hour. Such a great vibe. Heather our server was amazing. So helpful. So accommodating. The blackberry sangria with a floater of grand mariner was incredible. The pretzels were delicious. So we’re the smashed potato latkes. The sliders were good. And, for Scotch drinkers, they have Aberlour 12. Need I say more. Fun time. Fun people. Good food. Great drinks. Heather was outstanding.

The service was poor. We found ourselves waiting around for our waitress to take our order long after we arrived to find out our food menu was limited because we were on a «contract» aka a reservation. Food was good but not worth the money in my opinion. I had the Cholo Fried Rice and it was delicious the first couple of bites but then just became not so appetizing. Side comment, I flagged down the waitress to ask her for«table bread», and she said that is not complementary. Even though everyone was greeted with table bread and jelly. Anyway, If you are looking for a bottomless mimosa joint, turn the other way. Came here with a large party for bottomless mimosas and let’s just say I reached the bottom several times. Another negative was that they do not bring pitchers to the table. We asked our waitress to bring us 2 rounds the next time and she responded with«I am going to make that 1» … a little rude I think. This place is definitely show, it is cute in the middle of down town LA chaos. Not sure if I would give it another try.

This is a go-to for me. Why? Excellent food. Killer drinks… And best of all, it’s my get-out-of-bad-date-easy venue. When I inevitably end up with those guys I can’t stand, it’s a quick walk + a doorman that sees me safely home. As I said, great food & cool staff, but a tip if you sit outside: DONOT set your purse/clutch anywhere near the sidewalk adjacent part of your table. I’ve seen more women get their bags stolen by homeless people than I care to remember. Don’t let it discourage you – The Must genuinely is one of my ‘must try’ LA spots. It wouldn’t be cool to it’s a review & not warn of the potential of theft. If you’re skittish, make sure to book a table indoors. Problem solved. (Try the black sangria. It’s a big, fat, Hell Yes! in my book.)

A friend suggest this place as part of our day drinking barhop adventure in DTLA. It’s a bit of the beaten path but the actual restaurant itself is nice. It was sunny so we sat on the outdoor patio, half of which was reserved for a bday party, so just be aware that could happen. We came for the happy hour and I did enjoy that wine is only $ 5 and some tasty ones at that. I have to say that’s about all I would come for. I originally wanted wings but the waitress said they were all out. Then an hour later she came back and had wings again… um…okay…I guess they spent that hour plucking some more chickens IDK but it seemed off. In the meantime I had ordered the Mac n Cheese which by the way was AWESOME. I did finally get my wings and after all that they were just okay. I’d come back if it was suggested by someone but it’s not a place I would suggest myself.

I miss the original location and the old menu of The Must from way back when. This new location just doesn’t compare, unfortunately. We had reservations but it was pretty empty on a Sunday afternoon during Coachella weekend. Since I arrived before my friend, I decided to get our table first and I must have waited at the hostess stand for around 10-minutes before anyone noticed me. Ten-minutes is a long time to be ignored. We weren’t too hungry and ordered the Seashells & Cheese and Latkes. Both were good, but not as mind-blowing compared to their old stuff that I remember. Service was okay. We were regularly checked upon, but after we paid our bill, our server stopped refilling our waters… and we stayed for quite awhile after conversing. Probably won’t be coming back soon.

Awl’ Lawd… I —– MUST —– have died and gone to wine bar Heaven! Further indicative that if you REALLY pray hard enough(or just provide enough lap dances to the right people), …you’ll totally get whacha’ want, …“The Must”, having closed shop at/around 2 years or so ago, has returned to DTLA. Take my word for it fellow Unilocal brethren, it’s BIGGER, BOLDER and BETTER than ever now!!! #mustyyyyy! Located on Winston, a(…cough) hop, skid and a syringe away from DTLA’s Skid Row, within the rapidly gentrifying«Fashion District» adjacent 4th and 5th Streets and/or more adequately, between Los Angeles Street and Main sitting ground level of The Jeffries luxury apartment/condo complex, pedestrians will locate this semi-hidden retreat that you MUSSST be loco’ not to stop and check out! Following pursuit of my Unilocal Elite soul sista’, Amaya S.‘s(thanks boo) previous review, when in need of some place ‘swanky’ all the while seeking to sit among the sexy and ponder upon what the«common» folk do within their spare time, …I/we made way to this place. SHIZAMMMMMMMM!!! If didn’t walk directly into a scene from ‘FlashDance’ or ‘Varsity Blues’! Yall’, this is the type of place that you take somebody when you wana’ get sum’ booooty! ~ Candlelight — check! ~ Customer service — checkkk! ~ Zoltar(Downstairs) — Nostalgia checkkk! ~ An over-abundance of wine options and additional other conveyances of booze(is there ~ REALLY even such a thing?) — Chizeckkk! ~ Inside/Outside straight out of Elle Magazine décor concept — Chuh-chuh-checkkK! ~ Chic /Urban /Upscale Environment — Hellz 2 the yessss! — CHECKKKKK! Having visited twice thus far, I’ve pretty much ordered and downed EVERYTHING that the menu has to offer. While I’ve derived the establishment’s take on things to be more so «Southern inspired», I did take note of quite a number of vegan options depicted upon the menu. PETA would be proud. Typically I’d be led to expound by quoting menu options –HOWEVER– I was just made aware that they change seasonally and the prior week’s options were no longer available upon arrival of my most recent trek out. While there, the first go round’, I was able to partake in the«½ Fried Chicken & Biz’ketts»(because black folx’ simply have to sample everyone’s chicken to see if it compares to their own…) as well as the«Purple Kale Salad» and 12 oz. NY steak. * EACHITEMTOOKMECLOSERTOGOD as I maintained mastication. To further it all — the place goes ballz’ out for weekend brunch(Saturday –AND– Sunday) and have a DAILY H/H(3−7pm) whereas in lieu of their surroundings, …prices drop down to poverty levels — ! Okay, that’s not funny… #maybe-a-liddle Seriously though… We’re talkin’ $ 5.00 — apps and $ 5 – 6.00 reds, whites and sangrias! Ohhhhhh-yea!!! I could emphatically go on for days raving on «The Must»… Wrapping things up however, this place is without a doubt — – worth traveling to — – and while I’d actually made reservations for this past Sunday’s brunch(unlimited mimi’s) — I was honestly too chocolate wasted from spending the prior night with them to respond to my alarm. It goes without saying, a 3rd visit… IS A MUST–

This place is right down the street from our house, so between that and the fondest memories of the«original» must, I really wanted to like it. We came here for dinner, happy hour, and, as of today, brunch. All mediocre at best. The happy hour would be the one that we would maybe come back for, but it would be strictly for the wine. Even then, Mignon, 2 blocks down, blows these guys out of the water. With all of the amazing places opening downtown almost every day, they’ve got to up their game.

Came here for brunch with a group of 5 and had a great time. I really enjoyed our food and the unlimited sparklers/mimosaschampagne. Service was great… but it was great past 2pm… It took awhile for anyone to come on by and take our order and took awhile to initially get our mimosas and refills… but after awhile the service changed and we were getting our refills in a more timely manner. I guess that’s why the Must is a 4 stars establishment to me, the service was bit off initially. The bottomless mimosas was $ 20 and I’m pretty sure we drank our money’s worth. They have«sparklers» which is champagne and a little mango or raspberry sorbet. I preferred the raspberry over the mango flavor. It was also nice that you could also just get champagne on its’ own. I love how we weren’t rushed by any of the staff to scarf down our meal and rush through our mimosas. It was overall a very laid back and relaxing place to spend our Saturday afternoon. The food I thought was pretty delicious. Got the Beef Hash and loved it. The big/thick chunks of beef were tender and not greasy at all. It was definitely a more refined Beef Hash, I really enjoyed it. Also got a taste of the Cholo Fried Rice and that really was a standout dish. Really flavorful and love how it’s topped off with a fried egg. I’m already excited to come back again for brunch. Definitely a great place to come with a group or even just with you’re special lady/guy. Had a great time here, hard not to especially with the great food and unlimited mimosas!

Delicious brunch options from traditional French Toast to Corn Beef Hash, bottomless mimosas, fantastic Bloody Mary’s and so much more. Their Bloody Marry might be the best I’ve had. Be sure to eat that pickled green bean they put in it too, it’s got a kick. Don’t be shy now. I got the Corn Beef Hash, which was a little soupy with thick tender cuts of beef. Bomb. The biscuit it comes with will make your eyes roll back, it’s so rich it’s hard to even finish. So much pleasure it’s pain. Lovely atmosphere, especially the patio. There’s a lot of natural light flooding in, hitting the dark leather bar stools with the cool blue wall and tan wooden counters. String lights above complete the color palate perfectly. I highly recommend for a special occasion.

Came here on a Saturday night to celebrate a friend’s birthday and I must say, it was a good time! It wasn’t as crowded as I would expect a bar to be, but I think that’s a good thing. The bar was located on a small side street that may or may not have a little jank feel to it. The music wasn’t too loud either, so conversation could actually be heard across the table. Also, the server was extremely friendly and personable, which was a big plus. Since I’m old and can’t hang anymore, I only got one drink — the Moscow Muller($ 11), which was essentially a Moscow Mule topped with wine. It was very tasty, but I could barely taste the alcohol. I couldn’t tell if I was glad or disappointed(again, the old man mindset). BUT… I have to tell you about the tasty fusion of Asian fried rice and Mexican goodness… the Cholo Fried Rice, eh! This dish was so delicious and was definitely worth the $ 15. Topped with a fried egg, the combination of fried rice and and carnitas is something everyone… MUST …*grin*…try ;)

This is my second time at this spot and it was just as amazing as the first time being here. We came here around 4 pm on Saturday which happened to be during happy hour. Outside seating area was pretty busy but inside there was plenty of space and we got seated right away. I ordered the cholo fried rice with the carnitas. It was full of flavor and a perfect combination of ingredients. It was a little on the spicy side but I’m sure this could depend on if the chopped jalapeños are more mild or spicy. I also tried some of the fried chicken with potatoes. The chicken was tender and juicy with the perfect crispy outside. Service was good. It wasn’t really busy in our section so our waitress didn’t come by too often and there was no reason for her to since we didn’t order any special drinks and the bottle of water was left at our table. I’ll definitely be returning and trying more.

Everything we tried here was delicious, including the drinks, goat and rice balls, french fries and charcuterie. The ambiance was nice, the restaurant felt even more expensive than it actually was. Very romantic lighting. My issues were with the amount of alcohol in my cocktail(had two drinks for $ 13 each and wasn’t even buzzed) and with our server hardly ever making an appearance. I’m definitely going back to try more food!

Great location for brunch. A lot of space and patio option, especially during the summer. Had a brunch date with my girls and we had such a great time. Our server was so nice too! And the bottomless mimosas were one of our favorite things here, different flavors which you can change throughout your time there. Had their corn beef hash and it was good. Would go back if I was in the area.

I have a love hate relationship with the MUST. I love the folks working there; I hate how long it takes for everything. I love certain items on the menu; I hate everything else(which limits my choices). I love the outside eating area, I hate the inside area,(to dark, to warm, to crowded). I love the bar and the drinks, I hate the drinks are limited(yes I know it’s a Wine bar, this is just what I like and what don’t like, I ALWAYS recommend you try something for yourself at least once). This last experience the food took so long I have to order apps to keep us going and that is why I am giving them 3 stars instead of 4.

We were here Saturday night before going to the Ahmanson for a show. The food was pretty good. I had the hamburger and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The bun was soft, delicious! My wife had the fried chicken, also very good. The biscuits were a little dry. We split the grid rice and it was also very good. For an appetizer we had the latkes. They were good but I think they could’ve been a little more creative with the dipping sauce. They just gave us a cup of plain old ketchup. After all that food we were too stuffed for dessert. Maybe next time. The location was a little tough to find. And parking wasn’t easy but nowhere is in the area.

Fantastic space to hold a big party. I did an event for about 100 people there last night, and everyone commented on how cool the space was. They did a really cool custom menu for our group – renaming their drinks with names that were pertinent to us, and giving us lots of options. In addition, because we were there from 4 — 7pm, we got to take advantage of the happy hour pricing. I would definitely do another event here!

Reasonable Bottomless Mims! Came here for sunday brunch with a few friends. I have to say that this is one of the better bottomless mimosa brunch spots in LA. The space itself is very cute and modern, although parking can be difficult. We came early at 10:30 and had no difficulty finding 2 hour meter parking on the street. The ceiling is really lofty so it can get rather loud when it’s crowded and full of drunken brunchers. The mimosas themselves are tasty and reasonable at $ 18. They are made with a dollop of sorbet instead of juice and come in 2 different flavors, raspberry and mango. I appreciate that they allow you to switch off throughout the meal. The service here is pretty good for an AYCD place. Some AYCD places appear to purposefully be slow to stop you from drinking your moneys worth. Servers here, however, were fairly attentive at keeping our glasses full. We were there well over 4 hours and near the end the service started to slow as the place became more and more packed. The food itself left something to be desired and looked better than it tasted. Most of our group got their well known Cholo fried rice which was honestly just ok. The pork was tasty and well cooked, however, the entire dish itself was underseasoned. We also asked for hot sauce to add additional flavor. One of my friends eggs was overcooked and she asked for a replacement. Overall I would come here just because of the deal on the bottomless mimosas and th service. It’s a nice place to meet up and drink with friends. They have a large menu so the next time I return I will probably try a lunch option. PSA; I woke up with a pretty bad headache after drinking here. I’m guessing the champagne they use wasn’t that great or it was because there was too much sugar in the drinks. Either way for $ 18 bucks I can’t really complain.

I put this review off for too long. I helped my team at work organize a dinner event at The Must and the event services coordinator, Nicole, made it really effortless and easy via email. She was really quick to respond to my questions about menu curation and customization, which made the whole event manageable to execute. She was able to provide me quick feedback and help me negotiate prices to make the dinner affordable with delicious menu items which made my whole team happy and satisfied. The actual dinner was really simple, I showed up to the dinner 15 minutes early to put down name cards and they even put in my company’s logo to make the menu exclusive, also they have a drink ticket system which made it easy for me to keep track of drinks that were comped by the company and drinks which needed to be paid for. Overall, I highly recommend The Must if you are looking to organize a big dinner, our server Raewyn was awesome. She was on point and was not frustrated with my fellow coworkers buzzed comments, she was a real trooper and made the event go seamless. Thanks to the Must crew for helping me have a successful team dinner!

A wonderful wine bar with great eats! Charcuterie — Tried their Duck Liver Mousse, Pork Liver Pâté, and I forget the name of the cheese, along with fresh crostini, dried cranberries, and baby pickles. Excellent pairing with wine. Enjoyed it all! Cholo Fried Rice — A punch of flavors with a hint of spice and sunny side up egg! Loved this Asian Mexican fusion dish! The Must is a must ;)

Awesome place for brunch. Been here twice and had the eggs Benedict and then the cholo fried rice(w/carnitas) and then got the must burger cause we had way too many of the bottomless mimosas lol The eggs benedict was good but the fried rice and the burger stole the show. Fried rice had jalapeño but it wasn’t spicy and the burger was awesome. Make sure to get it with egg! Would definitely come back but somehow my friend and I ended up dropping a combined $ 128(including tip). A bit too much for brunch on Saturday but what’re you gonna do. Also, special shout out to the waitress who kept serving us mimosas even when we both had full glasses haha

Came here with some friends back in Spetember. We had a reservation and were seated promptly. We sat on the patio. Very cute space, down a smaller side street. I liked that it was a little off the beaten track. Great feel to the spot, comfortable but good feel to it. I ordered the Pretty in Pink drink and enjoyed it. My friends and I shared: Cholo fried rice, Mussels, Polenta fried balls, Porkchop, and the Green beans. I loved everything, but the cholo fried rice was soooo good. The service was great and our waitress was very nice. Our mussels came out late(and we had to ask about them), so they apologized and gave us a chocolate dessert(which was delicious). Always nice to have good, accountable service! I would definitely come back here. YUM!

Solid spot in a great area of downtown. Although many popular spots surround The Must(e.g. Baco Mercat), it sits proudly and inconspicuously in a corner just down main street. I’ve been here several times and I haven’t been disappointed. The service has been great, the food has been good, and the ambiance is awesome. This isn’t a place that would be included in the best food experience I’ve ever had, but everything is solid here. They change their menu, so I don’t think I’ve ever had the same thing twice, which is a blessing and a curse. I’ve had some great things here. Most recently, I had the cholo fried rice($ 15), which was spicy and delicious and came with this nice salsa drizzled on top with a fried egg. You have your choice of carnitas or wild mushrooms(or sub shrimp $ 3) and we naturally went with carnitas, which was delicious, as expected. Another great thing about this place is that they sell their beers by the pitcher. And it’s not just the miller light or coors light pitchers, but you could get craft brews by the many. So between the booze and the food, you can’t go wrong here!

Little known fact, Brunch has healing powers. Yes, honestly… It heals you from a hangover and from hunger. Like, there has to be a St. Brunch somewhere. If not, lets work on it. :PLAN: Me, living in Redlands meet my date in LA for brunch. So, I take the metrolink down because I have a sneaking suspicion I’m going to be very inebriated when I leave here. :LOCATION: The Must is right in the middle of fancy new Downtown and Homeless Downtown. Sidenote, I find it so odd people pay $ 3000 for lofts and right downstairs there are homeless people in need of help. Anyways, this isn’t the time or the place for that. Located on Winston, there is a small parking lot right next door. Ooh, and a cool art gallery too. :ATMOSPHERE: They have lovely outdoor-covered seating. And a Zoltar downstairs, yeah they arent playing around here. Ample indoor seating and a bar as well. Nice service and our waitress was amazing. :FOOD: Bottomless Sorbet Sparklers($ 20) your answer to the boring mimosa… a scoop of fresh fruit sorbet topped with sparkling wine choice of sorbets: raspberry — mango. Ill take your boring brunch mimosas and raise you a sorbet. The new kick to a sometimes boring drink. I loved the addition of the sorbet. I had at least 50 – 11. At least. Spicy Syrah Spiked Bloody Mary($ 12) our special wine soaked bloody recipe choice of vodka — gin — tequila. Pretty good. I love a Bloody Mary, but doesnt beat the sorbet sparklers. Cholo Fried Rice($ 15) carnitas or mushrooms, salsa verde, avocado, jalapeños, fried egg* sub shrimp 3. Jesus, himself must have created this recipe. Cause babyyyyyyyyyy it was amazing. First off, its hot. In a good way. Then you add shrimp to it and its a party in your mouth… and you wont need antibiotics afterwards. If cholos cook like this I may have to take a trip to El Barrio. My date had the Croque Madame which was also very delicious. Their desserts were awesome too. I love this place, and I know you will too.

Located around the corner of Baco Mercat on Winston Street, it’s pretty easy to miss. I probably wouldn’t have even known about this place were it not for brunch invitations to celebrate a friend’s wedding. This place has it’s pluses like their take on mimosa, which they call Sorbet Sparklers. Pretty delicious drink that come in mango or raspberry flavors. The wife and I both opted for mango and from what we heard, the raspberry tasted like medicine. Oh well. to each there own. Our group of 10 people had reserved tables so we didn’t have to wait at all — not that there was any waiting. There were plenty of open tables when we arrived around 11:30am on a Sunday. Once the people started filtering in, there’s definitely a hipped vibe about the place and I’m not sure if it was 90’s pop theme Sunday but there was plenty of Backstreet Boys, N’Sync and Britney Spears playing. What I don’t like about The Must is their food. There’s nothing special about it. Nothing you can’t get anywhere else and trust me when I say there are better brunch places in LA. However, the prices here are pretty reasonable at $ 13-$ 17 a dish, if you’re pinching pennies. I definitely wouldn’t drop by here for Brunch again — there are just too many better places in LA. However, I was looking over their regular menu and there are some intriguing items that might warrant a stop if I’m in the area.

I was here for weekend brunch, and I have to say it was a pleasant surprise and good experience. I had the bottomless sorbet sparklers. Sparkling wine? Yes please. I had a bunch of the mango and passionfruit ones. The sausage biscuits are delicious, fluffy, savory, and creamy. Really great! It’s on a small side street and has a nice outdoor seating area. I know everyone raves about the fried rice. Maybe, I had high expectations, but the dish didnt wow me. It wasnt bad, but just alright. The fried rice overall didnt have much flavor other than spiciness from the peppers and the flavor of the carnitas. The pork, I wish was more moist since it was dry. I wanted to try the mac and cheese, but I guess they don’t serve that everyday and just on Mondays and Tuesdays. I will have to come back for this.

You MUST go for Bottomless Brunch on the weekends. I made a reservation for five @10:30am and we got seated at a lovely table outside on the balcony. We started off with some specialty drinks of course — Bottle of Bubble($ 16), Two bottomless Sorbet Sparklers($ 20/each), and Two Espresso Trains($ 14), go big or go home right? All of the drinks were fantastic, I love that there are two options for the bottomless sorbet sparklers — Raspberry and Mango, served each time as a full glass of champagne with a dollop of sorbet on top. Technically you have a 2hr cap on bottomless drinks, but I think they forgot when we started because we were definitely there for much longer. Along with the drinks we all got our own dishes and shared some bites: [1] Cholo Fried Rice — carnitas, salsa verde, avocado, jalapenos, topped with a fried egg. This dish was bomb — savory, spicy, and definitely a MUST try. [2] Corned Beef Hash — two poached eggs, potatoes, chili flake, and a brioche. Super tender corned beef, the baby heirloom potatoes were my fave. [3] Biscuit Benedict — two poached eggs, hollandaise, breakfast potatoes, and pork sausage. The biscuit and hollandaise sauce are so good here, I only had a small bite of this dish, but i really loved what I tried. The dish is not very big, but my friend seemed to be full by the end of it. [4] The Mustwhich — two fried eggs, smoked bacon, gruyère and cheddar on a ciabatta, served with a side of breakfast potatoes. This –which was all about the cheese. Both the food and drinks were fantastic, everything was just so delicious. The only thing that intrigued me was that each time you get a «refill» for bottomless mimosa, they bring you a whole new glass(what a waste of dishwashing!!!), I would suggest a pitcher or something like that… but I guess they’re just trying to keep tabs on who was getting the mimosas. Other than that, we had a great brunch, they even have games to keep you and your drunk friends entertained! I’ll be coming back for that Cholo Fried Rice soon!

4.5. We had Sunday brunch here last week before going to The Broad. I didn’t realize it was more of a bar/post-hangover type of brunch place but it didn’t matter. My toddler son enjoyed the place and they sat us at a nice spacious booth at the front of the restaurant, which was perfect. Pros: — friendly service from all — I ordered the shrimp cholo fried rice, which was really good(but could have been exponentially better had they put vinegar or had vinegar for the table to use) — good coffee Cons: — nearby parking fills up quickly and often — prices weren’t that cheap. My cholo fried rice was $ 18.

The Must is located in the Arts District of DTLA and is an open air restaurant with patio and indoor seating. There are no windows separating the patio from the inside. It is composed of a row of outdoor seats, indoor booths and tables and a bar. The layout and décor seemed suited for the arts district with its warehouse feel. I visited The Must on a Saturday afternoon for a late birthday brunch. I had made a reservation for 6 people on open table and when I arrived I asked if I could add another person to the reservation and they were able to accommodate us even though open table said otherwise. If open table doesn’t have the group size you need as an option, definitely ask the front desk to see if they can accommodate. For my entrée I ordered The Mustwich. It’s a breakfast sandwich served on ciabatta and composed of bacon, egg, Gruyère and cheddar. It includes a side of somewhat spicy fries. This sandwich earned its name of the Mustwich as it’s definitely a must-try when visiting this restaurant. The portion was large and it was very tasty. I ate half of it and enlisted the help of my dine-mates to finish off all the fries as the restaurant provides a generous portion of them as well. Other friends had the veggie breakfast sandwich and said it was really good, the kale, polenta and shrimp dish which I noticed was a smaller portion than the other dishes but was told it was tasty as well and the corned beef hash which looked good too. We also ordered three bottles of bubbly for the table and a side of orange juice. We all agreed that the champagne here was really good. Personally, it has definitely been one of the better champagnes that I’ve had at restaurant brunches. The orange juice was almost not needed at all. I was very pleased with the service from the moment I arrived at the restaurant. The hostess was polite and accommodating and our waitress checked on us regularly. For the women: definitely make a point of taking a trip to the restroom as you’ll be in for an interesting surprise. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meal and was pleased with the atmosphere that The Must provided for our afternoon brunch. I’d definitely recommend this place for a weekend brunch in LA.

This is my second time here, came on Saturday night and dining area is not crowded. We booked the tables at the bar area and it was way too stuffy in there that many of us were sweating and decided to walk out to the patio for some air. Overall, I like the place, wine, and food. Will be back to try the happy hour daily from 4−7pm.
