It is a live happy hours event that ends next week, 21Oct.
Crowd is older, very chilled, and colorful in several ways.
I stopped to see Chanté Moore and checkout the scene.
She performed a mellow set highlighted by a super high
pitched Minnie Riperton-​like imitation … I enjoyed it tho.
The Kyoto Grand rooftop gardens is an ideal setting for
anything outdoors, especially at night … I dig this venue.
