Came in to get 6 large sandwiches for work and after standing at the counter for 5 minutes gave up and walked out. Now the lady cleaning the windows could have said something. Heck I might of even stayed if I was at least acknowledged. Your customer service stinks.

I wish this was a review for food, but I didn’t even get to eat there. I went by on Sunday November 1 at 7:00 pm and when I walked in I was told they were closed because they were«closing early that day.» It seemed strange because there were no signs saying that. The door was not locked. There was one person sweeping and one person sitting behind the counter at the register. The signs on the door say they close at 8 pm on Sundays. Is this normal? Who is the owner of this location? Do you often just decide to close early? Might that be a violation of the lease with the shopping center? Should I report this location to someone?

Sandwiches are fine but this place always needs to be cleaned, flies buzzing around and crumbs on the tables :/

After my first time here i was in love. I like sandwiches but i am picky. This place has great bread, the meat is great quality, and the toppings are delish!(just wish they had green peppers) the staff was friendly each time and helped us figure out how to get the best deal. it was clean and not too busy so pretty quiet. I got the Italian, havent had a good one since i moved out from the east coast, and this is as close as ill get!

This location is the best! Very friendly, fast and delicious. If you don’t order a drink the cashier is nice enough to give you a water cup without having to ask. I’m currently hooked on their lemon pepper tuna, it’s soo good!

This was my first Togo’s experience. I got the pastrami which was surprisingly really good. I would definitely choose Togo’s over Subway. I just wish they could toast my bread. As for this location, the staff was pretty friendly and helpful. Oh and check in and you get a free fountain drink ;)

They were out of turkey on a recent visit. How can a sandwhich place be out of turkey? Honestly!

Its difficult for me to write this review because in the end, it is just Togo’s… Location is fairly clean, staff is friendly. Never too busy and for me its an easy walk from work. The sandwiches are just OK(Togo’s quality sandwiches). Nice that they have an outdoor patio but its a wind tunnel and full of birds and bugs with dingey old table and chairs. I keep coming back because its easy but not fantastic.

Idk why it would only have 3 stars… its sandwiches. The girls there are fast and friendly. I love the Asian chicken salad.

The Togos in Burbank is great! I’ve been eating togos for 20 years This location has fallen off a cliff. No substitutions(even lateral choices?!) No credit /cash only No full staff No washed hand No apologies No plate No pickle No thanks!

The girl who prepared my sandwich used the same gloves that she had on to clean the floor to prepare my sandwich. Why would they hire such a nasty dirty low life?

I prefer Togos way over Subway. The bread is fresh and their sandwich fillings are more flavorful. They also have egg salad!!!

A few year ago — this particular Togos was the BEST! Now — I don’t know what has happened but NOTSOGOOD. The staff(friendly enough) but seriously when you are going to make a sandwich for someone, please change gloves especially if you are coming from the back portion of the joint. I don’t know what you were doing in the back. Smile a little and make me feel as though you are happy to make my sandwich and salad. The food is alright but there could be a little more love put into it — that’s all I’m saying. The owner/manager — N-ot too friendly… Your staff emulate your attitude — remember that.

Got the #24 on wheat. Always tasty and the bread soft. Great lunch spot. The sandwich maker was nice and helpful. Good stuff!

We will never go to this Togos again. And I LOVE Togos, much more than Subway. My son and I walked in to get three sandwiches. The two girls behind the counter didn’t acknowledge us but kept on with their giggling conversation with each other. When I finally asked if I could order they seemed disturbed that I was *gasp* asking them to do their job! One started sweeping, the other took our order. Not one of those sandwiches were made well — I mean really, it’s not that hard of a food to make. Almost zero meat, bread was stale, veggies looked like they had been sitting out for 3 days, and the bitchy attitudes, ugh. Nope, never again.

I come here and usually have the Santa Fe Salad. It’s pretty good! Everything is made fresh(since they are literally making it in front of you) and the prices are reasonable. Besides that, we got a free soft drink since we checked in on Unilocal,no complaints here!

This is my go-to place after working out at the LA Fitness in the same plaza. When you’re surrounded by El Pollo Loco and McDonalds, this is the most logical place to go. The sandwiches and salads are great. I usually get the classic sandwich/salad combo for $ 9. It’s a bit on the pricier side for fast food but healthier. The combos don’t come with a drink unfortunately. I like the turkey club sandwich on wheat bread. It’s almost like Subway’s honey wheat. I like the sweetness of the bread. Depending on who serves you, you get an ok amount of bacon(guy worker) vs. bacon yumminess in every bite(girl worker). For salads I switch off between the Asian chicken salad(don’t call it the Chinese chicken salad because they’ll get all confused) and BBQ chicken salad. Side note: the dressing on the Asian chicken salad has a peppery kick to it. I love it. 2 stars off: 1 for service. It’s a bit slow. I feel like I have to repeat myself multiple times. The other star for inconsistency in how much of the ingredients they put.

I go there on a regular basis, and so far the service seems Ok and the food is always fresh and yummy, I really like this particular location because it has a patio that you can enjoy the food and the sunny Los Angeles weather. It’s nice to have such an upscale model of Subway sandwiches.

First off the $ 5 deal was different than we got at other locations(no chips included). But the most irritating part was the buzzing noise that came from the radio. It seems impossible to eat here without going crazy. eeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeee eee eeeeee eeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeee eeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeee eeeeeee eeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeee eeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
