They have men’s and women’s clothing they also carry some of the Tommy Bahamas accessories. The store is not that big. Also the store looks very crawdad because they have too much merchandise stuffed in a small store. This service is okay I’ve been to other Tommy Bahama stores the employees were more helpful.

Not the best Tommy Bahamas around. Have a few of their shirts, but had a bad experience with an exchange whereby I Actually returned my shirt because it was too big and they did not have my size, so they asked me to buy another shirt in order for me to exchange my original shirt, unbelievable!

Probably the best customer service I have received in my life regarding my diving watch. Ask for Kelly, she will handle everything and you will have no worries and your watch being repaired properly at a very fair price. Plus they have the greatest shirt selections.

I’ve been to Tommy Bahama in the Grove perhaps 5 to 6 times and always found the personnel helpful but never in your face. Pick some items that you like and they will show similar items [if you wish] that might be of interest to you. Here’s the deal, though. I had a shirt, purchased in the Hawaiian islands, that I wore for several months. I grew to dislike it though over a period of time. Took it back to Tommy Bahama in the Grove without the sales slip. No problem I was able to turn it in and only pay the difference. [The«new» one was more expensive that the«old» one.] Silk shirts, quality-made, feel good, last a l-o-n-g time and are medium priced.

I’ve shopped in this store several times and have never been impressed. Now I will NEVER shop there again! I’ve always noticed that their salespeople were not helpful. They will greet you as you enter, but after that you’re on your own unless you search them out. I recently asked them to transfer an Aruba sweatshirt from another store. They actually encouraged me to buy it online – guess they didn’t want to be bothered with a transfer. They never called me to let me know it had arrived – I had to finally call them to learn that it had never been ordered. Hopefully another Tommy store will have more attentive salespeople!

Finally finding the swimsuit of my dreams in the most painless swimsuit shopping experience I have ever had… surprising! I’ve never really paid much attention to Tommy Bahama before today, as I thought they only specialized in cheesy cruise wear for men. However, after a day-long search through many stores that had swimwear that was either too small or not appealing enough, we decided to give this place a try. I had be eyeing this retro 40s-style one-piece online for quite some time, so I was absolutely THRILLED when I saw a very similar style at this store. This suit was well worth the $ 125 price tag for a Marilyn Monroe meets Betty Page kind of look. A sleek and sexy one piece made of very good material, hugs every curve you’ve got, AND makes us gals with DD cup sizes feel less insecure? Yes, please! Sales associate Carrie was incredibly helpful in getting me bigger sizes and showing me other styles and colors available online with their store iPad(free shipping!), but I ultimately went with the retro suit for my upcoming trip. While it’s definitely still early to go swimsuit shopping by seasonal standards, a trip to the Caribbean in the early spring means that summer-wear shopping needs to happen sooner than later. Tommy Bahama is a great resource for those looking for better coverage and bigger sizes. They even have a series of underwire two-piece sets that were just lovely, which I’m sure I’ll be checking out soon. Oh, and if you must, they do have some decent cruise wear…

You like Tommy Bahama or know someone who does? This is a really cool place to shop for Tommy because the staff is really friendly, is more than willing to check other stores for stuff and knows their Tommy Bahama gear. It’s not as big as some of their Vegas locations but it is in the Grove so you buy that quality Hawaiian shirt for your Dad, hit a few other shops, have dinner and see a movie all in one shot. And come on, you know Dad’s going to look really hip in the shirt with pinapples and palm trees on it.

Look-you could find the trendy, hipster store in Silver Lake or Echo Park and get the Ed Hardy knockoff or the«I love weird Gothic/Spanish-Renaissance partial prints» t-shirt. Or you could get a damn comfortable man-blouse at Tommy Bahama. I love aloha shirts. Can’t get enough. I don’t wear them for irony nor for a sartorial comment upon L.A. society. No, I wear them because I like them. Los Angeles does not have a dedicated Sig Zane, Nat Nast or Reyn Spooner store. But with Mr. Bahama, I can get my aloha on and get on with the rest of my day, in silken comfort and style. This location, in the very busy Grove, is not the biggest. But it is-by far-the friendliest. Check another store? Special order? Upcoming sale? They do it all and without batting an eye. The staff here is what all retail providers should be: dependable, kind and timely. My main kvetches are with the dark corporate overlords at the mothership: * No more limited edition tiki-mugs! The old ones go for $ 80 on eBay! Bring ‘em back! * Too much cigar/liqueur/golf crap. Add some surfing/cocktail/tiki stuff. * Store is no longer decorated with cool island tiki stuff-too many catalog photos. it looks like the Gap. * Not enough emphasis on Hawaiian/Pacific designs. Explore Polynesia-leave the Caribbean for a while. O.K. Drop the attitude. Make a Mai-Tai. Put on a Webbly Edwards vinyl L.P. Slip on your TB shirt and relax…
