This is a small hidden gem in east Los Angeles, it’s our family’s favorite raspado place. Authentic, good, freshly made. I don’t even have a favorite raspado, they’re all very good. Many other natural treats as well. It’s a great place for a treat.

I’ve only been here twice but I really like this place because everything they use is fresh. I’ve tried their smoothies(licuados) and I usually ask for no sugar or milk. Their ice cream is pretty cheap, $ 1 for a scoop! Juices also not bad $ 3.50. The only bad thing I could say and I’m not completely sure about this is if they take credit/debit cards. I think it’s cash only.

Freaking LOVE this place — they have so many different things it’s hard to think of where to start. I have personally never been in a store like this before — I never had a bionico, never had a tosti-loco, I was a newbie in the whole mexican snack/dessert/candy world. The first thing I tried was the bionico(basically a fruit salad topped with a delicious sauce and granola). I came back because i was intrigued by something called a tosti-loco(yummy mexican chips with all kinds of other stuff on top), then I tried a tamarind apple(candy apple coated in tamarind), then a sundae(okay — that’s not too novel). I love that I can just walk in and never know what I will walk out with — such a fun selection of stuff i never heard of — as well as the classics like ice cream and nachos. Also — I love that all the fruits are fresh and stuff isn’t pre-mixed so I can tell them exactly how I want it. Staff is nice too. They were good enough to explain what I was ordering and suggest how I may or may not like to have it(I told them I was new to all this lol).
