PRETTIESTCAMPUSEVER!!! I went to UMiami, so that’s saying a lot. Snuck into Bel Air country club for a run and got kicked out, so I got lost running around UCLA as the sun went down. I’m still astounded by how young college students look sometimes, though. It’s literally children. They look like the kids acting on middle school shows! love only. max

Whenever I am in dire need of Scantrons, blue books, or the occasional snack, Hill Top gets the job done. I’m one of those students who is too lazy to plan ahead and buy multiple Scantrons at a time, so I usually stop by before my exams to grab my $ 0.27 sheet of paper. It’s quick, it’s easy, and there is no minimum price to use your card. Although the hours can be somewhat unforgiving if you happen to have an abnormally early test, you have the option of stopping by at the Ackerman Store right down Bruin Walk. It’s a great, convenient option for students on the hill, prices are reasonable, and even the music is enjoyable(jammed to some of The Strokes songs they had playing from the boom box behind the counter on multiple occasions). Hill Top Shop isn’t a perfect campus convenience store, though. Although its employees are students, the dreary looks and frank customer service tends to make shopping at this UCLA store somewhat hostile. I even had a buddy of mine run into problems purchasing one of those plastic wrapped sandwiches in the refrigerator because they were too old to be sold. Even though the employee was extremely apologetic and accommodating, it was still a weird experience nonetheless.
