Our high production Konica 1060 went down in the middle of a batch last week. We called and had several companies come out and have a look. None were able to identify the issue. We then came about Unique as a recommended service vendor. At first, i had my doubts about Richard. He didnt look like much. but he was quickly able to identify multiple issues around the image transfer belt. Within the hour he had sourced the necessary parts to be operational by the afternoon. His experience and knowledge was well extra investment. We plan on using Unique as a preferred service vendor going forward.

I needed service on our Lexmark printer. Richard came out to our store and told me the charge is $ 95 to review the problem. I told him it’s a duplexer problem and could he remove the duplexer. He said the printer needed some additional parts. I wrote him a check for $ 270 for the parts he said he needed. After he left. I turned on the printer. It was the duplexer that was causing a problem with the paper flow. The printer was working fine. I called the company and told them I did not need more service. They promised to send me back my $ 175. I reached them one time and they said the check is coming. I’m still waiting for it. I have called the company several times over the last 2 months and they have not called me back. I’m totally frustrated. This situation needs to be resolved.
