I got micro bead extensions here in April. I removed them in June. After the removal I noticed huge chunks of glue in my hair and it was impossible to brush it. Also, the hair extensions were literally falling apart in my fingers. I was confused and went to TWO different salons to ask them why this is happening and if they can eventually put the strands back in my hair. BOTH salons said they’ve never seen something this horrible quality. they said that true micro bead extentions come pre-​tipped in a PLASTIC casing. GLUE was NOT supposed to be used to hold the strands together at all. Both salons said that the hair I had from this place was hand made by the owner using cheap glue and completely fell apart in my hair. Both salons said they would never and cannot put the hair back in my head because of the awful quality and lack of plastic tips on the hair. I was shocked and went back to Voluminous asking what is going on? The lady was very nice yes but she admitted that she Did make the strands herself by dipping them in glue!!! she said she didn’t use the PROPER plastic tipped extensions to save me money. I PAID 450 $!!! I told her that I went to two salons and they were appaled at the horrible quality and said the hair is unusable. it was in my head for ONLY THREE MONTHS. She promised it would last almost a year!!! I tried to get my money back for this cheap horrible quality HOMEMADE extensions but she wouldn’t even give me part of it. she only offered to throw on more glue and stick them back in my head! So I can end up with more glue ruining my hair and the same thig happening? No thanks! I completely wasted 450 $ here for hair that barely lasted 3 months. it’s just shocking to me the lack of care they have for their clients– the other two salons would not even think about putting this horrible hair in my head. Please save yourself time and money and NEVER get extensions from here. I also added three pictures to describe what im saying. please take a look.
Ps. I went to HelloHair Microbead Extensions and purchased REAL hair from Hair Couture with plastic tips that looks AMAZING for only 500 $ including installation. Also, when I asked Voluminous salon what brand extensions they used SHE DIDNT TELL ME. should have known this place was horrible from the start. don’t go here.

This is great place to do extension and customized the hair pieces.
The One of my costomer, who has thinning hair on her crown areas and has very thin hair,
came to the place I work.
I try almost everything on her hair, but nothing is working for her.
I was so upset because I could not help her.
So I recommend the customer to stop by Voluminous Hair & Extension for that problem.
She got the perfect service and that customized hair pieces and itip extension.
I strongly recomend whoever needs to find perfect customized hair pieces for this place.

Im very picky when it comes to hair cuts. I had detailed instructions to have my hair cut the way I like it! Stylist not once showed irritation due to my 1000s of requests. They were extremely hospitable and at the end, I walked out with my hair perfect as I like it! I am coming back for sure!

I was extremely nervous to go from black to blond but Woni made it happen. She gave me all the confidence and I decided it was time for a change. Not only does she use great products for hair dye but the price is also very reasonable. I have recommended a few friends and they were also extremely happy with the result. I had once had a haircut that was butchered by a previous stylist. The stylist here fixed up my hair! Great hole in the wall. Will be coming back!

I am so glad to finally have found a hairstylist I can trust! Nahee has cut, colored and changed my hairstyle that fits and frames my face well multiple times. She is amazing and her skills and passion for hairstyling shows in her work. I am very indecisive and can be unsure of which hairstyle I want but I know she will listen to my very vague instructions and give a hair cut I really love. She is a great hairstylist. You won’t regret coming to Voluminous!

Before this salon was called Julie’s Beauty Secret and when Julie left I was sad because she had been my dresser for a while. Now she’s back. She does a wonderful blow dry and shampoo, straightening and cut (my favorites). She also does eyebrow waxing which is wonderful. As for other services I’m not sure because I never do anything but those. She also does coloring, hair extensions, and highlights.

I was on the search for an extension salon for over a year and finally found the one. She put them on (individual extensions) so perfectly that it looks like my natural hair. I don’t shed and they don’t even come out! Look for Woni, she’s amazing!

I have had nothing but amazing experiences at this salon. Stacy is friendly and knowledgeable. She will give me tips on how to improve my hair health, but doesn’t try to sell me on products. I leave here feeling happy and confident, and I get non-​stop compliments on my haircut (not featured in my profile pic… ;-) as I’m sporting long and flowing hair now). The salon is clean and in a convenient location. They also have parking in a private lot for customers. I’m so glad I found them!
