Not a very great experience. Took more than 10 minutes for someone to approach is. The only reason we got someone to help us is because my mom went for someone. Right off the back the guy David Urrutia started being negative with anything my mom would ask and judging my «credit» based on because I’m «young». The guy just seemed more into his tv show than to help.

Came here to buy the first pieces of furniture for my house. I got a 2 piece couch and 3 coffee table set for my living room. The sales associate(Jorge I believe.?) was very nice and helpful throughout the process. Delivery was free because I got this coupon in the mail. They delivered it the day they said they will which was the day I requested. Couches and coffee table set was placed where I told the workers too. No fuzz and no complaints. My only issue is that one of the legs of the couch doesn’t fit in and its always coming off… I guess its my fault for not checking before the delivery guys ran off… SIGH Service: 4 Stars Product: 3 Stars Overall: 3.5 Stars

This place is great. It’s family owned and they really take the time to help you find the right appliances. We remodeled our kitchen and came to them for appliances. They were patient in explaining what issues we would have with what we wanted and when they didn’t have something, they were happy to order it. Their prices were quite competitive and I will definitely shop there again.

A good experience turned sour. Found the perfect sectional after visiting 16 stores, and purchased it for a great price. I ordered a u-haul to pick it up, but waited about 30 minutes before the team could find its second half. Before taking off, I walked into the store just to look at more furniture and found that they had wrapped up half of the floor model and tried to give it to me as a full, brand new sofa! I confronted the sales rep about it and he informed me that the new half was damaged, so they had to give me the floor model. What was most frustrating was that nobody informed me that this switch was even made — I purchased a NEW sofa — it felt like a scam. They offered to take back the whole sofa, and order a new one with free delivery either that week or the following week. At the end of the following week, the store called me to say that I would have to wait another 2 weeks for the delivery — essentially 1 month after the purchase which should have been picked up the same week. After having had enough, I gave up the perfect sofa at the perfect price and asked for a refund. I contacted the sofa manufacturer to see if I could get it any other way, and they informed me it had been discontinued. Something tells me I was never going to get that new sofa. Thank you to Gerardo and Julio for the great service and understanding, but to everyone else, I am very disappointed.

Worst experience ever! My boyfriend and i spent a month looking for a couch for our home, it was a big deal since it was the first piece of furniture we bought together and we found one at Wenger. Then we started encountering the problems… our sales lady Angie was so pushy and rude and seem so uninterested to help us. We finally bought the couch and they told us they were out of stock so they would have to order it from the factory and it would take 2 to 3 days, 4 days passed and I called to see what was the status of my couch since they never called to let me know and they said they would have to make a new batch of couches and it would take a month. They never called me to let me know, i had to call them. The manager was also very rude about the whole situation. I was devastated, they offered us the display couch but would not give us a discount for the inconvenience. A month passed and we got out couch and all we got was free delivery for the inconvenience, and we only live 2 blocks away. NEVER going back there again!
