Wesley and her Soothe class has been such a sweet part of my early motherhood and maternity leave experience. I return to work next week and will so miss the weekly Soothe experience. Thank you, Wesley!

This was one of two VERY different mommy & baby classes that I signed up for when my little one was about 4 months old!(I know — I’m dedicated to the cause!) And I have to say that Wesley’s soothe class was just what I needed! Welcoming, reassuring, calming and so soothing — for both baby & myself. I really can’t say enough how much this hour meant to me each week. It was an opportunity to connect with other moms & dads and to reconnect with myself. Wesley always had great activities planned & topics to discuss that were interesting & real. It felt very down to earth & like there was room on the carpet for everyone, regardless of where your parenting style might lie. Unlike other mommy & me groups, Wesley’s soothe class felt more organic — with no wrong or right way. It was a reminder to be present in the moment with yourself & your baby. Sadly, my little one has out grown soothe! But I really can’t recommend this class & especially Wesley enough!

As a new mom, I was confused and overwhelmed with the amount of information and advice that was given to me. I was so hesitant with almost every decision I had to make regarding my baby. One day I met Wesley and she provided such a nurturing environment for both me and my baby. She passed no judgment upon me and did not try to steer me in any one direction. She really helped me tune in to my maternal instincts and grow stronger as a new mom. Her classes were filled with stimulating activities, from water play to sensory play. I felt more comfortable with my baby after every Soothe class. She is very knowledgeable and such a great resource for information. I feel ever so grateful for crossing paths with her in my journey of motherhood.

I’ve just discovered Wesley’s Soothe class at Wallaby, and am thrilled with it. Having been in other«Mommy & Me» classes, I find Wesley’s so down to earth and fun. It’s the perfect mix of activities and discussion. She makes us a snack each week and encourages us, the parents, to relax and take care of ourselves. She’s a clear pro and has awesome answers for any of our questions, but doesn’t push any one parenting method on us. She’s a real asset to have as a new parent, and I only hope more people discover her class. It’s a gem.

My twin boys and I have been attending Wesley’s class, Soothe, since they were six months old. They are now 15 months old now, and she has been such an amazing resource for our family. The boys love going to Wallaby, as Wesley always provides fun new activities, games and songs which promote growth and development. Soothe is a new adventure every week! She is always there to answer my questions, and has really helped me gain confidence in my skills as a first time parent. She has created a wonderful atmosphere at Soothe, its always low key and very warm and welcoming for babies, mamas, papas, nannies and grandparents.

I was looking for a way to connect with other parents in the Silver Lake area and came across Wesley’s Soothe class at Wallaby. Unlike many parent/child classes, Soothe welcomes a wide variety of ages. At first I was hesitant because my baby was only 6 weeks at the time but it turned out(and continues to be) one of the highlights of our week. The wide age group allows me to learn from people who have«gone before me» and also share with new parents who have babes younger than mine. My baby girl loves the space and lighting and I appreciate the time to reflect and grow as a mom. Wesley is energetic and passionate about her work and aims to connect with each family to make the journey into parenthood a collective, more peaceful path!
