The adorable Korean couple(John and Carol) that operate this place are two of the most polite and friendly people you will ever encounter. Their mini convenience store doesn’t have much, but a visit to their store gets me through a long day at work when I only have a limited amount of time to take a break. And they still always seem to have what I need whether it be some spicy wasabi peas, a bag of Funyuns, a box of Tylenol Cold or a greeting card that I need to mail out for a birthday. Even if I don’t need anything, I will pop in sometimes because John and Carol just have that ability to make your day a little better. Besides the aforementioned, I think what keeps me from going to the 7 – 11 or to the Pavillions across the street instead of to this place is John and Carol’s impeccable cleanliness. They take pride in their store and it shows. Everything is meticulously stacked and displayed to perfection. And if you take something off the shelf, they will quickly replenish. The fruits and other perishables are always fresh. One minor drawback. It’s cash only. But there is an ATM in the store(that charges a fee) and Chase is right across the street.
