1st time here .Over priced, rude service!!! The African American girl that is employed there gazed fixedly at me without saying a word. Made me uncomfortable.

I visited this location recently to place an order for some goods for a band that I love(laminate and carabiner) told I had to wait because they didn’t have the ‘items’ in stock. That was fine with me, no problem. Called me a couple days later to let me know my items had come in. I appreciate that they called and let me know. There’s an amazing variety of cutesy poppy style clothes, and also visual kei types. It’s not the kind of clothing i’m interested in, maybe years ago when I was into Visual-Kei(Japanese Rock fans will know what I mean) I thought that a lot of the merchandise were overpriced, it’s a little shop and the customer service leaves something to be desired. They do host a lot of events here which is cool, and if you ‘like’ their facebook account, they’ll always send an event invitation/reminder, so you don’t miss anything. I also noticed that they collaborate with a lot of bands to create limited goods. It’s nice to know that a shop like this is readily available, where back in my days you had to scour and hunt on the internet.

My fav shop in Little Tokyo. Only jrock shop in California. Official band merch cycles every month, Cure magazines, hug amount of discount CD’s from Japan, and Shibuya fashions. They also feature a live stream Q&A on Skype with Visual Kei bands every month. Staff is very friendly and knowledge able.

Finally, it’s here in Los Angeles! I can find the most authentic outfits imported directly from the city I grew up in, Shibuya Japan at Xenon! Xenon is a must visit boutique in LA if you at all care about the latest trend in fashion from the funkiest place like Tokyo Japan! Since this fab store is owned by the one and only Cure Magazine of Japan, Xenon not only carries men and women’s clothing, they also have hair coloring products, accessories, and CDs from various jrock and visual kei bands! I call Xenon one stop shop to all your fashion needs! Oh. And guess what? The prices are totally reasonable too!
