I had a great 20min neck & back massage at the LAX international terminal(4). My therapist asked about my trouble spots then focused on my sore shoulders and shoulder blades. It was efficient and relaxing, considering the open layout of the storefront. It was quieter since I had my massage at 9pm, where less travelers were around. Pros: while I was waiting for the massage to start(and after my massage receipt was being prepped), I was offered water and a chance to relax on the automatic massage chairs. It was like I got more bang for my buck. The massages are definitely overpriced for the times given. However, if you really need a quick massage fix, the quality is up to par. TLDR: Cost(3), Storefront ambiance(3.5), Massage quality(4.5), Customer service and professionalism(4.5)

Sat and watched the manicurist just talk to her co workers rather than call me for my manicure, not enough time to get it done, my advice… Don’t bother.

Awesome! We had a long layover and they became like family and took great care of the whole family!

There are few times, if any that I really rail on a place… but today… walked all the way from the opposite side of LAX(still definitely the gateway to hell) to find that there was no nail person scheduled for today. I get it… holidays, but the two ladies working there were surprisingly unsympathetic. Guess it just goes to show — why would anyone get their nails done in an airport. Now what to do with my six hour layover in hell?!

I had an amazing 30 minute neck and back –chair massage by Jalna. She took out the tension and felt cracks of tension release without hurting me using the right amount of pressure. I left the chair revived! This massage was a layover idea between NYC& Sydney. I wish this place was near where I lived. I highly recommend this place for a therapeutic massage on the go.

I would like to give zero star if there was that option! I got an express mani before a flight to Vegas and it looks so bad that by now I need to find nail polish remover to get rid of it! And I just landed! What a terrible place.

So this is not your regular nail salon but what was great about it was the great service by April. After having an ill treatment by Elizabeth from Delta counter, this was really refreshing and relaxing one hour getting my pedicure. I think it’s April’s upbringing. She was very professional and provided me with the great service. ;) The only bad thing was not due to her fault but by the design by the company Xpress Spa, they don’t have the SPA equipment, so they use a towel, instead of soaking feet in the tub. Other than that, I surely enjoyed my pedicure.

When you have 2 hours to kill and you forgot to get your nails done in time for a Nashville girls weekend Xpres Spa is your knight in shining armor! Denise was super meticulous and detailed and had SUCH a great attitude! 5 stars all the way

I had a great time! I just got a polish change. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The service is overpriced compared to LA nail services but the cushy, reclining massage chair made up for it.

Why even bother opening this business when you dont have enough or any staff? I have a super long layover wait from my domestic flight to my international flight and was hoping to use this time to get my nails done. I went to the domestic terminal location in terminal 6 and the international location on terminal 4 and both of the locations couldnt service me… Prices are not reasonable as well…

I came to XpresSpa LAX during a long layover seeking a basic manicure. Although the spa opens at 6:00am, their single manicurist does not bother to show up until 10:00am for some unexplained reason, so I’m not able to get my nails done which I was very much looking forward to. I do not understand how a business can claim they offer a service during their open hours but then just flake out on the expectation that they will generally have that service available. Also, this xpresspa is extremely tiny, open from all angles to foot traffic, and not exactly relaxing. I don’t know why they even bother to have this location of xpresspa open. What a waste.
