Randomly stumbled upon this location. The different types of Kimchi are all delicious. Glad I found this place.

So we have been getting Kimchee from Yang Ga Neh for many years(I think 10+) even before they moved to this location and used to deliver. The taste is very authentic and delicious. I do believe it is the best Kimchee in LA. It beats whatever you can buy at the market. and I have tried a lot of different Kimchee brands. This Kimchee is good just eating right out of the bottle or in soup or stir fried. And when it gets aged it tastes equally as delicious. The best is fried with pork belly and in Kimchee soup. I am actually amazed how good it is. Many friends who have tried it at my place are also hooked on this Kimchee. It is pricier than the Korean market $ 17 a bottle but for what it’s worth, it’s fresh, no msg, and has a taste that can’t be beat. If you want to impress some Korean people take this Kimchee to them. They will probably get hooked like me!

I’m not a kimchi connoisseur, but I can tell you that I enjoy theirs. And my Korean girlfriend loves this place. We usually bring a cooler and try to work in a stop here whenever we’re in LA. We’ve actually been coming here for a couple of years, but I dozed on grabbing the FTR(first to review). It doesn’t matter. With an always friendly owner, Yang Ga Neh is our go-to spot for nabbing a large jar of the fermented stuff.

Great tasting kimchee and within walking distance from my home when I need some. I
