Today was my first time here. My boyfriend and I really loved it so so so much, we were going to tell our friends and family about it because it’s such great atmosphere and service! However hygiene is a big deal for me. There were dead gnats /flies in our noodles twice and salad. Therefore diminishes my rating… Hopefully that gets fixed and I’ll return.

I’d give the food itself 4 stars but parking, service and convenience, 5 stars! 4 of us came here on a Friday night at 7:30pm and were seated immediately. The meat came out fast and they had a lot of choices on their $ 17.99AYCE menu compared to some other places who are more expensive and have less choices. My friends and I ordered the usual brisket and thin pork belly but also tried marinated pork ribs, garlic pork belly and small intestine(i did not try that). Overall, everything was very delicious. They refilled our side dishes often and were efficient without any trace of pretentious attitude. One little bonus is that they give you little yogurt drinks after you eat! It’s supposed to help with digestion haha I’d definitely recommend this place because it also has it’s own FREE parking lot(in Ktown what?!). And there’s no wait which is perfectly fine with me. Go give it a try!

Excellent service and great quality banchan and meats. It was our first visit but it definitely exceeded our expectations. I’ve been to many Korean restaurants, yet what always wins me over is the service. Looking forward to the next visit.

I love this place! My friend and I come here all the time. They already know what we like, and when they see us come in they bring us lots of jalapeños and garlic! They have steamed egg, potato pancakes and other great side dishes. We always get the 29.99 $ menu and get the Prime beef rib and the Kobe beef. Those are by far the best options in my opinion. The food and service is good, and I always love coming here.

3.5 stars Rounding up because of their banchan, besides that I feel like their meat is pretty much on par with the rest of the cheaper KBBQ joints like Bud Namu and O Dae San. Or maybe it’s just because I got the cheapest option here $ 13.99 for lunch(lol yes bad idea to have KBBQ for lunch). When I came, there was only one woman working here and she was hard to get a hold of. The main reason why I was disappointed with this place is because the #1 thing I need to have at AYCEKBBQ is AYCE steamed egg. Even with the $ 17.99 option, the steamed egg will still cost $ 1.99 extra, which is why I’d probably just go to Hae Jang Chon. All in all, I don’t think anything really stood out to me except their banchan, just because they had all my favorites. I probably wouldn’t return unless it was with a friend who really wanted to come.

Loved this place, food was great service was great they give you plenty of side dishes. The parking was not full nor was the restaurant when I first arrived, I thought maybe it easy going to be good but this place did not disappoint at all.

Yerim is a great spot to get your AYCE(all you can eat) KBBQ fix! We came here with a large party for a friend’s birthday on a Saturday night for dinner and we all had a great time! My birthday friend initially made reservations which made it very convenient and a good choice, considering it’s tricky to come by other KBBQ places that take prior reservations. We enjoyed all of our side dishes and the meats were delicious and fresh. The waiters were quick to bring us everything we ordered. We even got a ton of beer and soju on the house and couldn’t finish it all. The older Korean lady(I’m pretty sure she was the owner) was very friendly and we appreciated that she visited our tables often to make sure that we were being taken care of. At one point towards the end of our meal, they turned down the lights and turned on a loud birthday song for my friend, then proceeded to bring a large tray of soju shots for every single person in our group of about 15 while singing happy birthday! How awesome is that??? I’ll definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

First of all, the service was highly attentive. Our waters and grills were refilled as if they were reading our minds. They also came by to cut some of our thicker meats, even though we had scissors at the table. At dinner, the lowest price option is $ 17.99(option B), which included a page-long selection of meats. The quality of meat seemed pretty standard for this price point. If you’re around for lunch, there is a $ 13.99 special! If I walked into this place blindfolded, I’d guess that it was nightclub. The music is loud so it can be difficult hear everyone, especially if you have a larger party. The restaurant is not very large so I can imagine there being a wait on popular nights. However, my group of 5 did not have to wait on a Friday night around 8:30pm. Lastly, there’s a parking lot behind the plaza. That can be a rare find in K-Town so Yerim has the edge here.

Don Day used to be my go-to KBBQ joint in Ktown. I would describe Yerim as Don Day’s hipper, louder, clubbier(??) replacement! The music is definitely louder now; there were a couple times I couldn’t hear what my friends were saying across the table. Everything I liked about Don Day has essentially remained true with Yerim. The service is really great – they changed our grill multiple times without us asking, brought us heaping refills of banchan, and were prompt with bringing meats out. There was little to no wait for our group of 5 on a Friday night, which is a huge plus in my book. Nothing like starving yourself all day for maximum value at KBBQ, only to have to wait 2 hours for a table(ahem, Hae Jang Chon, I’m lookin at you) Finally, I appreciated the various price points & menus that Yerim had to offer — 4 different options! Note that their cheapest option(menu A for $ 13.99) is only available 11am-5pm. All in all, I would come back!

Very good! Acceptable meat quality, service is fast! Price is also acceptable, $ 19.99 for AYCE C. This is a Chinese owned Korean bbq place with some special sauce unique in China. LA short rib and beef brisket is a must. Parking is easy!

Review # 300! Thanks to Unilocal I think I found another must go AYCE kbbq joint. The only downside was that the music they play was so loud and it is all techno so it is like you are in a rave. The service was awesome… they changed the grill without us having to ask them and gave us refills on the side dishes. We opted for the 17.99 option and got the beef brisket, pork belly, garlic pork belly, bulgogi, and large intestine. The beef brisket was much higher quality than what other ayce places give. And if you like pork belly, try the thick cut pork belly! Absolutely delicious! Free parking behind is another added bonus I will definitely come back here in the future.

Meat was so bad… one of the worst ever. Very disappointing. banchons were good. Servers were all hard working and nice but meat… omg. They served us frozen beefs. You know what happens when you cook frozen meat. Burns outside but inside stays blue. Sirloin steak and short ribs came frozen. I sent back the short ribs instead got galbi. Galbi was pretty bad too.disgusting. Probably soaked in soy sauce and corn syrup or something. Hawaiian pork… smelled weird. I have a go-to Korean AYCE place but wanted to try this place, where used to be Don Day and ended up not having a good meal. Stick to your favorites…

My friends and I wanted KBBQ on a Friday night. We knew everywhere else is going to be packed. We decided to go to Don Day and realized the restaurant is now Yerim. Their menu for AYCE consists of 3 different combos. The most expensive combo is for $ 29.99 and has the biggest selection of more premium meats. We opted for the $ 19.99 combo which included the standard bulgogi, galbi, pork belly, chicken, and some seafood(we got shrimp). We also got steamed egg and several rounds of potato pancake which were included in the combo. The quality of the meats are pretty good for the price and we were stuffed by the end of the night. Their banchans are also pretty good. Overall, this place is a good AYCE spot in ktown, and would definitely be my go-to spot if I don’t want to deal with the wait at Hae Jang Chon or Oo-kook.

There are only three Korean BBQ restaurants I frequent in Koreatown. They are Ahgassi Gopchang, Quarters, and Yerim. This is my go to spot for AYCE Korean BBQ. My only go to AYCE spot. Friendly service and the food is good.

I’d recommend Yerim Korean BBQ above others and this is saying a lot since there are a million bajillion Korean BBQ spots. The perks to it being brand new include easy and free(!) parking, no wait upon entering, clean table/chairs/grill etc. Service here is pretty outstanding and above others. We opted for the $ 26.99 highest beef grade and seafood options. What I love most about Yerim is 1) It’s not that popular(yet), 2) They include all the complimentary side dishes I love [salad w/delish light dressing, marinated seaweed, rice paper wrap, bean sprouts, etc. and 3) They’re on top of it with refills. First things first, the meat is really good, especially the marinated meat(which I should not be eating) but they have high quality brisket, bulgogi, and galbi. I’m not a meat snob but the meat we got did taste different from those $ 9.99 — $ 12.99 meat places. Also, they were so on top of it with the refills. Two of us gals were sick and they brought us hot water/tea. There’s also good side dishes like the steamed egg, naemyang noodles, japchae, and seafood pancake. This place is definitely worth checking out if you can catch it while it’s hot but not too busy! Go here instead of other places which I mentioned below which are horrible(*cough, Honey Pig, where the manager is essentially a Pig in his treatment toward others).

Authentic, super tasty, FRESH. You get served the second you sit down and you’re cooking ten minutes later. Then you know what’s next…

party of 4, monday night 730pm this place is legit ALLYOUCANEAT. and we did. for 3 hours. and they didn’t kick us out, surprisingly. $ 17.99 for a fairly extensive menu, 30+ items with the usual culprits. plenty of ban chan, free refills. LA marinated short rib was the best. garlic pork belly was also a great cut. brisket was not as fresh as i liked it, but still very good and plenty of it. pancake side was awesome — we had 3 or 4 of those. spicy tofu soup was fantastic. $ 26.99 for an even bigger menu, with prime cuts and even more marinated meats. decent sized place. can fit larger parties. excellent service. changed our grill out promptly, cut and cooked a lot of it for us. refilled our sides and drinks often. private parking lot out back. located a little outside the main hustle/bustle/disaster that is K-town, so that’s nice. will come again.

This is a new place and their food is generally about the same as the other KBBQ places. A difference that I noticed is that when you are ordering your second and third round, the portions get smaller, which I guess could be a good thing if you want to try something that you have no idea what it is, but it was kind of annoying. They did offer a different set of side dishes for Ban Chan, which was nice. It is good that they have a private parking lot in the back, you can also enter through the back, you don’t have to walk in through the side like I did because I thought the door in the back was a different shop… I came for lunch and ordered the all-you-can-eat option A, which you need a minimum of 2 people for(as it is with all KBBQ places). The lady was very tentative, she came by with our first order and placed the food on the grill for us(I’m not sure if it’s because she thought that my friend and I didn’t know how to cook the meat or if she just always does it). The lady I had spoke very little English and it was hard to tell if she understood what I was asking for. Like when I wanted a refill on my Chili sauce and ordered more meat, I wasn’t sure if she heard the chili part, but I pointed at my empty dish so she understood from that.
