This is a great service. In the morning before I leave for the office I open the App and drop a pin on where I want the car picked up. I’ll get several text messages as I get close to the drop off location with the valet ETA and the security code, .All I do is drive to the designated spot and the valet is usually waiting for me. Saves the hassle of finding a parking spot and the price is very competitive.
Best of all when you want your car back they will deliver the car to different location. All you do is open the app, drop a pin and set a return my car time. So if you have a meeting at a second location or someone else needs your car this app is great.

This is a great app that I recommend to everyone. I love being able to pull up to the front entrance of wherever I’m going and leave the parking to Zirx. It’s really convenient in downtown L.A., where self-​parking can mean you’ll have to walk several blocks. The drivers are friendly and courteous, and I always feel confident that my car is in good hands.

I use Zirx almost every day and have grown to really appreciate the service. The drivers and dispatchers are all very kind and professional. I recognize every driver in Beverly Hills and am greeted each morning by a friendly face when I arrive at work. I particularly love that I can valet my car downtown and have peace of mind knowing that my vehicle is safe and insured in a parking lot. My only issue (which is not a big deal at all) is that the app gets poor reception in the parking garages where our cars are stored, so sometimes the return time estimate does not reflect the true return time. Anyway, highly recommend Zirx!

This app is awesome. The individuals who parked the car always polite, the service is spectacular. I feel comfortable knowing that there is 1 million Dollar insurance policy if my car or the driver is injured or has an accident. They have a great dispatch service that contact me if there are any issues like delays or if there is an up charge for the location being out of their normal service area.
