This place is super slow in the drive thru. Seriously 20 minutes and only 2 people in front of me!

One star is giving this place too much credit… Poorly trained staff… poorly trained management… undercover boss needs to come here… English??? do you speak it… because you sure didn’t understand my order… after I repeated myself several times… they still got my order wrong… I just said give me my money back and took my business elsewhere… Fire EVERYONE and rehire people with common sense… Bye Felicia!!!

HORRIBLE… I got a whopper and the meat was really thin. I went to the manager to ask why and she said that’s how we make them here now. I said it doesn’t look anything like the picture and she said sorry that’s just a picture. It’s like a bread burger!!!

This location is poorly managed!!! Waited 15 min for my order. Was told satisfries take longer after I asked why everyone that came after me already had their food. Bad place! Wont be going there again!!!

Stopped in here to get breakfast on the way to the bay because McDonalds was packed, but this place seemed to be empty. After eating here I know why.
The place was filthy inside. Normally I don’t expect spotlessness in a fast food restaurant, but this place had foot everywhere on the floors, and it was only 8:30 or so.
The food I ordered took damn near 15 minutes to come out, and there was only one other person who ordered ahead of me, and all I got was a single sandwich with tater tots, seems like it pretty simple.
And while it isn’t necessarily the store’s fault, the first two times I went in to the bathroom the door was not locked, as it only has a single toilet inside, and the last thing I want to see at 8 in the morning is the junk of strangers. Perhaps a sign reminding people to lock the door might be in order.

Honestly one star is to much. my hubby and I went there the other nite. we ordered our food and when it came time to get it back I told him to wait so I could make sure everything was there. it wasn’t all there so he asked for the missing items. it wasnt one item… it was three! they acted like they didn’t know what he was talking about. then when it came time they only gave him to give it to him they were only giving him one item at a time. the fries weren’t bn fully cooked. they were mixed fries. he couldn’t eat all his food cause it was cold and nasty. that’s it for them!!!

A nice clean environment, food tastes good, what more can you ask for?

9−27−13 Drove through here last Friday and my little niece had to use the restroom and they ’ wouldn’t let her because they were cleaning them. I mean literally they said no and I cant belive they let a small little girl pee in her pants. Such lack of customer service. Sad thing is that I spoke to the manager and she didn’t care either.
You Los Banos BK people make your money with people that drive through your small town and for you to take an attitude like you don’t need the business is unbelievable. It makes you wonder… is what small town people are like (manager)? Lady you need to be trained.
BK Corporation is this the kind of people you want representing you?

The men’s bathroom door does NOT lock. You may think it does, but it doesn’t. It has all the characteristics of a locking door, but it isn’t.

We went through the drive thru recently. When we got home, more than 20 miles away, we realized they had kept our credit card. We called and then had to drive all the way back to pick it up. No apologies, no extras, just a confused group of fools trying to figure out what they are doing. When we finally got to eat, we realized that the food was horrible. The french fries were limp and soggy, severly undercooked, the burgers were over cooked and dry. The food was horrible and we will never go back.

This is pretty much your standard BK with a drive through. I do like there food once in awhile & they only screwed up my order once-​or should I say 3 time’s in a row (long story & haven’t seen the gal again after that day).

ok so seriously our Burger King used to sell bags (10lbs) of ice for like a dollar. In fact I drove through Greenfield’s BK and they still sell bags of ice. So here I am in a hurry to get to the lake and go through Los Banos’ BK drive thru and they ask for my order and I ask if they still sell bags of ice, Well the young kid who was working laughed at me and said «we don’t sell ice, that is illegal» and he laughed. Ok. So that took me a second to understand his comment. However my 9 yr old stepson didn’t get it and was very curious why the drive thru kid would say it was illegal. I don’t think that was very professional (but what can I expect from a kid who could care less about his job) and tried to call and complain (I waited until the next day assuming there would be a general manager around) but no one ever answered the phone! Well my stepson declared that Burger Kind was stupid and he was never going there again. Seriously there are hard working people out there in need of a job and we have these dumb little idiots earning a wage while messing around acting very immature– I mean I am sorta at a loss for words for what he said– like WOW

Wow I almost forgot about this place. I’ve not touched BK for years now but this used to be one of the only places in town to stop on the main road through town. It used to be that you could see the end of town every way you looked from this point. Whopper, Coke and a piss break.

Typical BK chain, but their location is somewhat cramped, and trying to get into the parking lot can be a pain. Because they are located on the main road through town, traffic always seems to back up right in front of their location, making it difficult to approach/​leave.
