Love to get my pedicures here but they never ever open on time! They are often 1+ hours late! I understand things happen this happens every time I go there! I love the service but I think I will be searching for a more punctual nail salon.

Less than a week and my nails have already chipped. Paid $ 35 for shellac which usually last a lot longer than regular. I have a newborn so I have been limiting my house duties, so I assumed my nails would have maintained in better shape longer. I will not be going to this location again. (I only went because it’s near my mother’s house, which is wear I’m staying)

shittiest nail salon ever! been waiting for 54 min. Only 2 people working here and asked for acrylics and not even that they could do. so now I’m currently waiting for a pedicure… Smh

This place is so grimey and dirty… they have flies everywhere! No thank you! I went here when I first moved and never went back. The staff is nice enough but I just couldn’t handle having flies crawling on everything in what should be a semi sterile environment.

Loved KK Nails I called last minute for 6 people to get pedicures and they where nice and as soon as all the chairs where available they sat us done together we had a great time Julie was amazing to all of us… Totally recommend this place!!!

I’ve been here several times, as there are so few options in Los Banos, but I will not go again. I don’t have any complaints about the work they do, but the customer service is ridiculous & they seem to be understaffed. They’ll start several people at once, then hop from person to person, leaving you waiting while they start a pedi here & a set there. Ridulous

I have been coming here since they opened. The owner Sally is very personable and friendly. My experiences vary depending on which technician I get. The deluxe pedicure is so relaxing. Sugar scrub,
Then the hot mud treatment with a steamy towel wrap, paraffin wax dip for the feet and then followed up with an oil & hot stone massage.

Nothing special about this place just your typical nail salon. The reason for the one star is for our bad experience. I have come here many times before but I took my husband here for the first time to get pedicures together. The lady who worked on my husband was very rough, while cutting cuticles made him bleed. He did tell her before he started bleeding that it was hurting. She brushed it off as no big deal. A few hours later at home my husband was still hurting and the area that was bleeding did not look good at all. I called them to let them know and all she said was sorry. Awful customer service to a legitimate complaint.
