Integrity should be their motto. I had a suspected roof leak and called them out to inspect it. They came out quickly and exactly at the time given. Very professional and friendly. Fully listened to my concerns and thoughts without interruption.
After inspecting the possible problem area. David reported to me that there was no leak. The water staining I saw underneath was old and from a leak prior to my ownership. David could VERY easily told me it was a major problem that needed to be addressed immediately and charged me thousands. I would have never known. Instead, he told the truth and saved me a very costly bill.
While up on my roof, he did find a few things that needed to be fixed. When he came down, he showed me pictures he took on his phone. Again, this was another opportunity for him to hook me on a costly repair bill. He did not. Educated me on how to fix the small things myself and said the couple medium things could wait.
I will absolutely be calling them back for all my roofing needs in the future.
