I had the best experience from booking the appointment to leaving the salon. I called last minute for an appointment for a cut and color expecting to be out of luck, I asked if I could book with Crystal and to my surprise she was available and could take me at 5:45pm after work! I was so excited that a salon and especially the owner would take a new client around my schedule. When I came for my appointment Crystal was very welcoming and asked what I wanted to do to my hair? It’s been so long since I’ve done anything to it and I am always scared of what the outcome would be. Crystal knew exactly what to do and explained everything step by step so that I felt good about it. I have a ton of hair and the appointment took a long time around 4 ½ hours. Crystal did not rush and took her time and we talked liked old friends. She told me of all the services her salon offers from waxing, tanning, massage, one stop shop. At the end of my visit I felt like a new person and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY HAIR! I bought some products Crystal recommended for my frizzy hair. I made another appointment for a scalp treatment, I’m hooked. Crystal is an amazing stylist and person. I have recommended Crystal and her salon to everyone that compliments me on my hair. Crystal is amazing!!! Love love love her work, I only let her touch my hair. She does everything to my hair, dye and cut. I always leave super happy with her work! I get compliments on my hair all the time and they ask who did it, I refer them to crystal.

I have had a good experience with crystal and I came in with an orange colored brassy blonde and I did not like it. I wanted to have platinum and she made it happen. My hair did not feel damaged and felt really soft after her work. I am so pleased with my hair every time I go with her. I have been a client for over a year now and I won’t change anymore. She will do exactly what you ask her to do. I recommend her when it comes to going blonde. She does a nice job.

I took in a picture of a layered cut for Crystal to use. She cut my hair like nothing in the picture. She was cutting it so short that I had to tell her twice to stop cutting. Plus I walked out with uneven side burns. I will never ever go back.

Hands down best salon in LB. Alexis (hair goddess) is the best person who has ever done my hair. You can tell she loves her job she puts so much care into every client she has. And not to mention she’s the sweetest, funniest person to spend time with while waiting for my highlights to lift :)

High end salon with great prices just what our town needed. Very accommodating staff and the Salon offers everything you need. Crystal has been doing my whole families hair for years. Rochelle offers waxing and relaxing facials and highly recommend all the ladies there.

I’ve been coming to Crystal since 2005. She does my both my daughters and my friends hair. Shes an extremely hard worker and takes pride in her work. I love love love how she listens to my needs and does exactly what I ask.

Awesome haircut, very relaxing atmosphere, really accommodating personnel. I will definitely return when I’m in Los Banos. Best haircut I have had in a long time and it didn’t cost much more than the low end chain salons!
