Love Togos in general and this store is good. The employees are helpful and efficient.
Where i give the poor mark is for the lack of oil for the sandwiches.
I love the old recipe for the #16 and really dislike the new vinagarette. I would much rather have them put the oil on it but was informed today that they dont carry the oil any more.
Why not keep the oil on hand for people who like it?
The #16 is all I order and I guess i wont be ordering togos sandwiches anymore.

It was so great when Togo’s opened in Los Banos! One year later this is still a regular lunch stop for me. The owners and the employees are always cheerful and quick to make helpful suggestions. There is not that feeling of «I hate my job» attitude in the air. The bread, veggies, and meats always taste fresh.

I literally screamed when I first saw Togos opening up here. It’s my favorite sandwich place ever. Wayyy better than Subway by a long shot. The online ordering is awesome. Even gotten a phone call once saying they could make my order right away instead of the scheduled time. I’m wondering though if they have the Togos reward program set up at this location?

We went in yesterday (08−30−15) for lunch. They were very friendly right off the bat. The guy that helped us (I didn’t get his name) But, he’s kinda tall with glasses and dark hair. He was super nice and he could talk and make a sandwich at the same time (Not all Togo’s employees can, ya know). He made our sandwiches PERFECT! Very delicious! Thank you for a great sandwich.

RAVE Togo’s here in Los Banos has the best customer service… Fresh Food… and very clean store… the manager comes to your table and holds great conversation and is very nice… the staff goes out of there way to get your order right and perfect… thank you Los Banos Togo’s staff and Management for exceeding my expectations in food and customer service!!! 5 stars for you!!!

I’ve been in the area twice now for lunch. And stopped in several weeks ago, they got me to try the pastrami. I’m not a big fan of pastrami, would rather have tuna or turkey. Man, it was awesome! Had the large sandwich with parmesan cheese bread, ruined my dinner I was so full. No kidding. This time a couple of days ago for lunch I had (guess) pastrami on the smaller sandwich. They still packed the meat in there.
My advice, you better bring an appetite for the large sandwich.
Actually, the staff and preparers were friendly too!

Customer service is slow. Takes almost 30 min for a line of 3 people That are ordering 1 thing. I tried the online ordering today. Was fast and easy. Went to pick it up and they had no idea what I was talking about. They said sorry not sure what happened and starting to make my order. Thanks togos I was late to work because your online ordering is a joke. Foods good, just need to fix the slow service and online ordering.

I stopped by twice last week my usally sandwich maker was not there both visits :(
All the sandwich makers are great but he’s more vocal and he’s a people person. He knows how to make your experience the best each time you visit! Really good on introducing me to new an different sandwiches. I will try back again in a couple days. Hope he’s there in the mood to try something new!

I was very happy to see Togo’s open up in Los Banos!!! I had lunch there today and I will definitely be back soon!!! Love the #24, that’s my favorite sandwich (and the desserts are always tasty)!!! The staff was very nice and friendly and quick! And the store was very nice and clean (of course)!!! ;-)

I just visited Togo’s for the first time today. I got the California Club and it was really yummy. The toppings were very fresh, especially the avocado. The portions are great too. I got the regular size and it’s plenty for one person. Seriously, this was an awesome experience. I’m sure I’ll be a regular. ヽ(･･)ﾉ

I have ate at dozens of locations spanned out in many cities. The Los Banos location was the most underwhelming out of them all, no exaggeration. The staff is very friendly, which is a plus. But the prices are higher than anywhere else it seems, and on 2 occasions, the #9 Hot Pastrami was BLAND. Ever since I was a little kid, #9 has been my favorite sandwich, but this location has single-​handedly made me stray from my usual. I went during opening week, and it was bland. I gave them a pass as it was a brand new location and it takes awhile to work out kinks. Gave them the benefit of a doubt. Tried it again a few days ago, and the pastrami has not changed. Its missing *something* that other locations have. It leads me to believe that they get it from a different vendor or something. Anywho, way too much for sub-​par sandwich.

I was excited to hear Togo’s opened in Los Banos, and when I went, I was a bit disappointed. I constantly go to the one in Fresno, and they always taste great. Once I had the one in Los Banos, it tasted different and not as good. I will continue to go to Togo’s but in Fresno.

Excellent service by Lucas who was very attentive and made sure we got exactly what we wanted to order.
:D The sandwiches were gone in minutes. Will definitely be making a return soon!

Besides the good laugh we had with the person who helped us, over visit was ok. They didn’t have the ingredients needed for the lunch special and didn’t compensate for that. Had to settle for the pick two «deal» instead.
