TTK Pawn

This is the only pawn shop in Los Banos, and I needed money quick for a camera I was saving up for. I did not realize how cheated of all the money I put into all of the things I sold and have to them. I have them a lightly used PS3 superslim, 6 lightly used games, and a 2014 Samsung 32 inch LED flat screen, I even included a Ethernet cable for the heck of it, maybe it would end up in some extra cash? Nah, that wasn’t even included in the transaction. My parents and I put at least 500 dollars into everything, and I made a very bad decision. I was cheated at least 400 dollars, and sadly I realized that after I made the transaction. I just cannot believe what poor deals these people make. I asked if I could get $ 120 for it, the woman refused. That, to me, is awful. But sadly, I can’t get it back. And since I was expecting at least $ 200 for it, and only got $ 112, I didn’t get a very good quality camera. Never again will I step foot in this place. Poor deals. Poor customer relations.

Customer service was great. The owner and her daughter? were very friendly, talked to us and great prices. It felt more like being at a friends house who was having a very random garage sale.

I got a ring, name brand hunting equip. at a great price. I’ve been to some big pawn shops that had junk and moderate prices, TKK is smaller, maybe 500sqft but QUALITY.
I highly recommend this place too. Traveling the 168 through Los Banos = a very worth while stop.

Alright, first up is customer service.
We checked the place out when they opened and they were super nice. Over time you can tell the business stress started setting in but these guys know what they are doing and carry on like professionals.
The mother is the nicest, followed by the daughter. Awesome service and what is expected from pawn shop owners, usually above expectations. There’s a guy here too, but I haven’t dealt with him enough to know about him.
They keep growing in item merchandize choice and seem to rotate stock at a decent pace. Their prices are either good, decent, or as expected deals depending on the item. Nothing displeasing so far though.
Picked up a bass guitar amp from them today for an alright deal. From a business aspect I understand their pricing completely. If the deal isn’t worth it for some reason then I wont buy it, simply enough. They have a nice week long return policy that comes with it which isn’t bad at all IMO. I’m not sure if that comes with all items though.
Their pawn section must be good because I always see people pawning and selling when I’m in here and their items are changing.
I highly recommend this place. My go to shop when I’m looking for something second hand or hard to find. Its fun just to check out over all for that next thing you just have to buy. I’ll be back!
