OH WOW!
This is as close as you’re going to get to «just like mom use to make» and probably better. Mouth watering pies and to die for Cheese cake. What more can I say… but… pass the pie please!

Yamaguchi Catering sells souf food, yep, soul food: potato pie (4.8), peach cobbler, tri tip, bbq foods, mac cheese, etc. i ask the matronly black lady how come the name is yamaguchi? she mentioned something about the war and i left it at that.
locale: bayfair farmers market
sampling: macaroni & cheese (16 ounces, 5)
–certainly not the greatest but decent tasting mac & cheese. lots of it. a lot better than kraft’s mac & cheese.
–equal to most soul place’s mac * cheese.
–generous serving.
