Been coming here for a while on Monday nights to watch football while my son was in tutoring. Always low key and easy. Great experience tonight with a lost $ 80. Thanks to Mike the owner and Virginia the bartender for making it a great place to hang out.

This is a great little dive bar! On occasion they do have live bands which is a nice change from listening to juke box songs. It’s a great place to go crab a beer after work or on the weekend. The staff is always friendly.

Live music, darts, pool, dim lights, Old school, Old people… young people, loud, rude dirty, grundy… everything you speculate, anticipate and stereotype from this kind of bar! And in Los Gatos no less!

This place is my FAVORITE always great people in there and always tons of fun! The bartenders are really nice and the atmosphere is very homey!!!

I went there twice, one time Friday night and the second time Thursday, and both nights I was treated like crap by the bartenders they were extremely rude and slow, she acted like she owned the place, and the drinks tasted like crap, on top of all that it smelled horrible! Never going back!

Dive bar! Parking lot is not quite up to par… So be careful driving in and out especially if you have some booze in you…

My husband threw me a birthday party here and we had the best time! We rented it outfit a private party and had our own DJ for 3 hours. Mike be owner and his entire staff made it the best night! Thanks you guys!

We just love this place!!! It is an awesome place to go at the end of the night especially for liars dice… Gotta love the owner Mikey, he is the man and knows how to pour a drink!!! 2 thumbs up…

I like going there after work, not too late, for few cold ones.
Nice atmosphere, great bar tender, OK prices.
Never ate there and never partied late though.
It’s a dive bar, in a purest tradition!

Pizza Friday with Virginia. And nutty nurses

I used to go there with my fellow co workers at the hospital after work. One night my drink tasted like sugar, so I asked the bar tender if he could put another shot in it. He THREW my glass on the floor and made another one, but he kept bending down. He gave it to me and I drank half of it. Several minutes later I WAS FALLING ON THE FLOOR. I had not had anything else before that. My friends had to carry me out and take me home. He drugged me! I never went back again. I went to work, at the hospital the next day and had
them do a Tox screen. There was ketamine in my blood!

It is ok. Drinks did not come out strong, as others have suggested (had Bloody Mary and Long Island ice tea); there are no bar nuts — you can buy snacks at $ 2 a pop.
Crowd seems to be nice; music is on a loud side; nice set of TVs.

I love this bar. Way back when, it had a rough crowd, but Mikey Ellenburg has owned it for 15 years and it is awesome. I love it here. The crowd is mellow and fun. Ages range from 23 – 70 and the majority are regulars.
If you aren’t a normal, cool person and drama-​free, then don’t come here. This is a fun place to go.
We are all pretty tight and get along well. There is a pool table, a pinball machine, jukebox, a DJ on Saturday nights and live music most Friday nights. Karaōke night is on Thursday and a lot of fun. The drinks are reasonably priced and there is a deck on the side for you smokers. The bartenders are awesome and very nice, unless you are a dick. I love this bar.

Cheap drinks! This place was fun, ended up here after dinner in downtown Los Gatos. Drinks are well made and cheap. The bar itself is huge with a dj, pool table, tvs, karoake. They only have one toilet for each the women’s and men’s restroom. I’ll come back here!

This place is always a good time. It’s off the beaten path from downtown and the crowd is less pretentious. Good lighting and music, strong drinks, cheap prices and a pool table make this place a great destination when all you want is a no bs sort of joint.

This bar smells like stale beer and ass crack. However the old drunk I met was a blast in a glass.

Great dive bar. Interesting crowd and very cool bartenders.!! Had a dj that night and great music, good vibe. Went there after the Sharks game to hang out and people watch. Halloween time and you never know what will come through the door…

*unpretentious* is probably the best word to describe this otherwise hard to pin down bar.

looks like it could be a scene from Roadhouse– QUITE POSSIBLY (RIP patrick swayze)
jukebox– YES. but it just played miley cyrus lol
there’s something about going into a divebar during the daytime… the sticky floors, bar, everything! the immovable regular barflies, eyeballs always glued to the bar or to the world series of poker repeats on tv.
i think that about sums up my most recent experience. i dig this place, it is one-​of-​a-​kind in los gatos. its not flashy or filled with ed hardy type dudes straight out of jersey shore.
good for when you want to get drunk and be left alone, or be rowdy with the guys…
