My customers were panicked when their newly installed automatic transfer switch failed to go back to utility power, and for good reason! A freak low power condition caused a solenoid coil to burn out leaving ash and smoke stains in the cabinet. Many thanks to Jim for explaining the cause over the phone and meeting with me after hours to share more of his experience, knowledge, and most of all, parts needed to repair the damage. Can’t even say how grateful my clients and I are feeling. Thanks, again.
