Landmark Apartments

This place used to be ok for the price many years ago, but has now turned into a horrible place to live in, prompting people to move out. After owners changed, it looks like they decided to cut costs by letting a tenant manage the property. That person is less mature than my 6 year old. She regularly yells at people and their children and threatens people of eviction. She recently was yelling on her balcony that we can write all the letters we want to complain about her because they go a straight to the trash. Almost every time I go by her with my 6 year old daughter, the words F%%k, or Mother-F%%%er or F%%%ing as%%olé, and more come out of her mouth. She orders other tenants to not smoke outside their unit, but there are her cigarette butts all over the floor in front of my unit, as well as an ashtray sitting there (all these things being against lease). So don’t be fooled if she seems nice at first, the mask comes off quickly and will make you regret to have moved in… The Fair Housing made a 2 day investigation and a lawsuit is likely on the way, but who knows how much time it will take… So do yourself a favor and look somewhere else, especially if you have children…
