Had Pro2Call install multiple routers at various sites and configure «i.e be one LAN» permanently. Good service. Good recommendations for the equipment.
Would use this company for slightly more complex problems than your usual home related issues, they have the skills to solve complex problems and come up with interesting solutions.
What you don’t know can hurt you. It pays to hear how they would tackle any technical problem you may be having.

I love Mike! He’s sharp, knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. Great selection when you’re in the neighborhood and need a quick item, or a great resource when you’ve got a challenging IT-​related issue and need some expert advice.

Mike and his team are the BEST OF THE BEST! I brought my relic of a machine in thinking it was going to be DOA. However, after initial diagnosis, Mike discovered it was only the power box. He was able to fix it onsite using spare parts he had in inventory and all was well. However, he didn’t stop there! He proceeded to clean up my machine and now it runs like it did when it was brand new! He also offered extended services once I got the machine home if needed!
His prices are reasonable, but his customer service and dedication to detail and perfection are PRICELESS! Do yourself a favor and go out of your way to bring ALL you computer needs here! In all my years as a computer owner and small business owner that is 110% reliant on a well working machine — THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! They SAVED my life last night! Without their same day service, I would have been out money and would have had a LOT of explaining to do to my clients!

I recently purchased a new computer through Pro2Call. They helped me to decide what type of computer I needed, and then did a wonderful job transferring all of my data from my old computer to the new one. (Something I had put off forever for fear of losing all of my old data). They are very courteous and kind and do a wonderful job.
To make this an even better story, when I left their office to go home and use my brand new computer, my car was dead! It was determined that I needed a new battery, and after having two AAA trucks try to help me unsuccessfully, they actually drove me to Kragen’s to purchase a new battery, and installed the battery for me! Now that kind of wonderful, helpful behavior needs to be recognized!
So aside from being terrific computer guys, they are just great people!
