Sanctuary Spa at Bay Club Courtside

l love this spa! It’s so convenient to have this inside the facility!
Massage pedicure after a workout is !! This was the perfect way to welcome me back in the USA after walking over 10 miles per day for the last 10 days.
I came here today as a guest and loved the classes this gym has to offer! Loved the lounge chairs by the pool. Their cafeteria is !!

The Sanctuary Spa is great! I have enjoyed some amazing facials, and waxing has never been easier or faster. The rooms are clean and peaceful. Karina is the best!!! :) Thank you for taking care of our skin at Courtside! The Spa is also a great place to buy gifts and they offer the latest and best beauty products.

Had a great experience at the Sanctuary Spa yesterday. Booked a last minute pedicure. The appointment was on schedule. The spa area was immaculately clean. Phuong Li did an exceptional job. She was professional, yet friendly. I’m so happy with the result — thank you!

I just realized today that I have been having my feet maintained and spoiled by Phoung Li, Kieu Ly and Amy for over ten years. These wonderful ladies are warm, welcoming and gentle at the same time they are able to get off all the rough and corny edges without pain. In these many years, I have never had an infection and I am made to feel like I am having a visit with dear old friends. I hope that in the redesign of the Bay Club, some thought is being given to providing a window with some natural light for these loyal, hard working members of the Courtside community, and their devoted clientele.

I had a celebrity facial 10 days ago, which according to the description combines two of the most result oriented services in one amazing treatments leaving you hydrated and glowing. Well in my case it took almost a full week just to look decent enough to be able to go in public. Entire chin area was so damaged during microdermabrasion that it looked like i fell and scraped it on the asphalt. On top of that severe swelling of the face made matters even worse. 10 days later i still have dark spots on my chin that cant heal. I came in on two separate occasions to the spa again to ask what happened during the treatment, and was promised a call back from the spa director. But still not even a call back– what an «outstanding customer service». They clearly
dont care about the damage they cause you. Avoid this place at all cost!

I had a facial, but it is not a place I would consider a pampering spa, and the experience is lacking. I would save your $ and go to a real spa.

Lara gives the best facial of any esthetician I have ever had. I have worked in the industry and have had many massages and facials. Lara is a very gifted practitioner and you leave facials with her feeling refreshed, glowing, and restored!

The Sanctuary Spa at Courtside is factory. It is there to provide an expensive convenience to the members. There is no place to relax and recline in private. That’s because relaxing does not make them money. They have decent «factory» products. But there is nothing outstanding about them.
I like my spa experience to be somewhere without swarms of exercise people. I do go to Courtside to exercise though.

Really great Spa — I don’t want to tell you the name of my outstanding massage therapist because I want to keep him all to myself. I’ll take a gift certificate here over a gift certificate to The Spa of Los Gatos or any other spa any day. Love how they give club members a discount too.

Just joined Courtside a wk and a half ago… decided to get a pedicure and try the Sanctuary spa. Glad I did, it was perfect! I pay that much at my salon but this was heaven, a quiet, relaxing heaven! Amy did a great job!

I had massage with Tracy! She is amazing, she actually is the only one who listen where is my problem areas… She is kind and very attentive. I highly recommend this great massage therapist. Thank you, Tracy, I will see you soon!

This Spa SUCKS!!! My daughter had a wax on her arms and the woman who worked on her convinced her to even it out by waxing her back. This was 2 days before prom and my poor child got a full blown bacterial infection. She has been on 4 rounds of antibiotics and endless skin treatments for the infection that set in. We are still treating her back for severe scarring. I have spent over $ 5000 treating her. It’s a shame that when things go wrong they couldn’t care less.

This place is awesome! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I went there a few times before becoming a member of Courtside and just again recently after my girlfriend got a gift certificate for referring me to join Courtside and she SO generously offered to share it with me so we both went there for facials last week. :-) I was really looking for some guidance on skin treatments so they suggested the Hollywood facial — not sure what is so «Hollywood» about it but I did love it. The Aesthetician (sp?) asked quite a few questions about my skin and then made suggestions on the types of treatments that would be best for me. The facial was the perfect amount of «treatment» (mask, a few extractions) balanced with luxury (scalp and shoulder massage). The ambience here is wonderful and they have a great selection of skin care products as well as jewelry and other accessories. My aesthetician Amy made a few product reccomendations without being high pressure. Love this place!
