I would give this practice more stars if I could, because they really actually deserve 10 stars! My dentist in Pleasanton retired and I was looking for a new one– Dr. Prawat was recommended by my Dad.
I am only 22 years old, and have a lot of dental work that is needing to be done, but Dr. Prawat has just the most comforting way and passion to want to help you! His practice is also incredibly special in the way that he doesn’t refer out. If you need something done, he is a one stop shop– Dr. Prawat does it all!
Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the dental assistant who took my extras, but she was absolutely amazing and so, so friendly.
Melinda at the front desk, is so nice as well, and so personable with patients.
The office team was able to fit me in with an appointment the next week after my X-​Rays and we quickly got started on all my work (Dental Teeth Cleaning, Root Canals, and Fillings). They were also more than flexible when it came to my financial situation, as I am a full time college student paying my own way, with no dental insurance as well.
Although it is well over an hour and a half drive for me, it is so unbelievably worth it!
I will no longer go to any other dentist and am so thankful my Dad recommended him to me!
I took a few extra business cards and have already handed them out & I consider this review one more business card I handing out to many people at once :)
If you hate seeing the dentist, self conscious about your teeth, or just are anxious about getting in– Dr. Prawat is the man to see!

Must I say anymore?

After not having been to a dentist in years, I decided to visit Dr. Prawat as recommended by my mother in law. I had been considering removing my wisdom teeth as I was experiencing a lot of uncomfort and biting of my own gums. After an initial visit I decided to make a brave decision to move forward with the removal of my wisdom teeth. Dr. Prawat suggested staying awake during the process, and only using local anesthesia. My fear exploded until he explained how my jaw will thank me when I am awake to warn him if it is open for too long or too much.
Although during the procedure I was able to hear the scraping, breaking, cracking, scary noises I wasn’t able to feel a thing. Not one thing.
Afterwards, I followed his directions post procedure, took medication when I felt sore and came back several days later to make sure all was well.
Dr. Prawat has been my dentist for more than a year now and I can say that I am not fearful of visiting him. I have experienced fillings, cleanings and even a crown through him and not one of those moments has been painful.
I have referred him to several people and all of them have been extremely satisfied! Thank you Dr. Prawat for putting an end to scary dental work!
