Stor’it of Los Gatos

I love the staff and facility here at Stor-​it. So glad I rented a locker. Clean, easy to access facility. Margaret and the team at the front desk are so accomodating. no more waiting for a shipment to receive from UPS for Signature! Id love some evening hours but Ive managed just fine. I have the small unit so its a bit of a workout-​Ive been able to squeeze in 12 cases! Its high so you have to use a step ladder but it works and the team there will help you a bit if they have time. Great spot if you have wine that needs temperature control and that is safe and secure.

I have rented a storage unit here for the past 7 years and have had nothing but a wonderful experience! I was very surprised to read the last review regarding the staff at stor it as I have always found the staff to be extremely helpful and personable and felt compelled to write a review about my experience. Beside for the location (I rent at the farley road west location), the best part of renting here for me is the very helpful and personable staff! I rent here as part of my business and the staff are always available to help me with anything I need! I have never experienced rudeness on any level and I am always greeted with a smile. In this day and age most people don’t take the time to learn your name let alone go above and beyond to help you if it doesn’t directly benefit them. I have rented storage units with other big name companies and It was not a positive experience. I also love the level of safety and security at this facility. It is comforting to know that my business supplies are secure and the staff are looking out for my business needs. If you are looking for a storage unit I highly recommend stor it of los gatos and their friendly and helpful staff!

I have taken my belonging out of this facility. The owners have decided to fire all of their long time staff at this facility and replace them with a machine. I liked this place for it’s personal service and I no longer feel that this facility can offer me the service or security I need. The previous staffers were always professional, helpful and courteous.

Very clean, great folks and very easy to do business with. Only complaint is that there is no 24 hour access.
