Taco Bell

This used to be the best Taco Bell around in my opinion. They have gone completely downhill and they need to do something about it quick. Long waits, mistakes on orders and they like to close early in my recent experiences. I live in Los Gatos, but I take my business to the Camden branch when I got the Taco Bell itch.

Originally the quantity was lacking — However, when mentioning that the portion sizes seemed smaller than usual, the manager (who was the cashier at the front who’s name, from what I recall, began with a N) was extremely kind and quickly added in more meats.
I could tell that the workers who made the food were irritated because they rolled their eyes and said something in Spanish, but honestly the manager was so nice and had such a genuinely kind ora that it completely changed how I originally felt about the food and experience in general.
Her customer service was really amazing — something I do not see often — and as long as she works there, I would come back and recommend this place to others.

Terrible service. Constantly out of food. Wait for 15 – 20 minutes. Listen, in not expecting good service or good food, but if you can’t meet the absolute minimum standard… You’re this Taco Bell

Worst Taco Bell ever! I went there and waited for like 20 minutes with only one person ahead of me. Nobody was even making the food. Nobody working was around. The sand guy doing the register finally made the food. I thought this is called fast food for a reason…

The staff moves as if they are standing in molasses, all while the line continues to grow– ridiculous

Lack of management! Stopped coming here for a while cause it takes forever to get anything while there are several employees standing around doing anything but their jobs. Thought the new staff they have would be an improvement. Why do I continue to come here when I’m never a happy consumer? Worst taco bell ever! Hope someone sees this and sees how much this place looses $.

I can’t believe I went back early this afternoon. This has to be the worst Taco Bell anywhere. I have a Taco Bell close to work on Great America parkway and that is excellent. This Taco Bell should just close. I’m serious when I say is its the worse Taco Bell ANYWHERE. The food is cold and orders are seldom right when request anything ~special e.g. Extra cheese or sour cream. Management should read the reviews and act… Now!

I came home and they didn’t give me my 2 five-​layer burritos AND it took about 30 min to get my little order and the bathroom was filthy with no toilet paper… will probably NEVER RETURN!

The food simply sucks. Always cold and tastes old. I have tried to tell them every time I go but I feel that they don’t wanna change. Anyone who owns this place has to try to make a change. Just nothing is good here. Often, they forget something in my order and that is so frustrating!!! They need to improve before I take one step back into this place.

I swear, I can never get an order correct here! It is always messed up somehow. Even the chicken…(which they sometimes never have ready to go). And I hate it because I love KFC! I’d rather drive a little away and get the correct order then go back here.

Elena is one of the best employees I have ever seen. I come here occasionally to pick up food for my son and Elena always has a smile on her face and she is very efficient! She could run the place with her eyes closed! Kudos to her and her positive attitude!

I give this Taco Bell the satisfaction of two stars, not because their customer service is horrid or the fact that they close minutes earlier due to their laziness, but the fact that their food is delicious. I love their food at this location, but I will never go back because they wouldn’t let me in 6 minutes before they closed. All I wanted was a Mexican Pizza with no Tomatoes. I was disgusted by the way the cashier waved at me with such sarcasm. I wish diarrhea on her and her new American family members. So just to be clear. The only reason I have them that amount of credit is because the food is
. Other than that, they bring nothing to the table. I will forever choose Chipotle over Taco Bell in Los Gatos.
PS– I went to the Almaden Taco Bell and my night was relinquished:). Soon I will have diarrhea, but it was worth it.

I’ve been to a LOT of Tacoes Bell in my two decades of chompin’ tacoes, and this has to be one of the nastiest locations I’ve visited. Like, feet sticking to the floor nasty. Like, dried ketchup all over the counter nasty. Like, geez, I hope that isn’t a rodent of unusual size brushing up against my leg nasty. I know California is going through a drought right now but I wouldn’t take that as my cue to put the mop and bucket back in the closet until the Governor issues an all-​clear…
Yes, the slop inside my tortilla resembled that of a Taco Bell. Tasted a bit the same too. But the tortilla itself was a bit stale. And my MexiMelt should’ve been called the MexiCold… there wasn’t a bit of molten anything inside there. The folks here just don’t have the enthusiasm I’d expect from a Yum! Brands employee.
I did meet the nasty manager that everyone else is Unilocal!ing about. She wasn’t nasty to me but she was micromanaging the cashier, who was sweating profusely the whole time (Yum! indeed). And she did add an extra $ 1.50 onto my bill for no reason whatsoever… saying something about my menu selection required an upcharge… that I’ve never experienced at any other Taco Bell… ever.
Look, folks, there’s another Bell just a mile away. And it’s much, much nicer. Life’s too short to visit a 3^rd world country to eat 2^nd world slop in the middle of Los Gatos. Avoid this location like the plague, because for all I know, it’s what’s growing in the floor tile right this very moment.

I only go to this one because its right by work. This is the worst ever. The cashier (who I’m assuming was a manager) was rude to her employees the whole time, asking why they were so incompetent when, from watching, I could see nothing they were doing wrong. Only her own mistakes. Another time, a different manager went off on a customer for simply asking if there was anyone who could take the second register since there was a line out the door. She went on some rant about «I’m not a mechanic I can’t fix the broken register you’re going to have to deal with it» so naturally he left. I’ve not once had good service.
The food is okay. What you’d expect.

Worst night a Taco Bell/​KFC ever. I go there all the time but lately, the last couple of weeks, the service has been lacking. Tonight was the worst ever. The young girl at the register was super slow and telling me the wrong ingredients in a certain item I usually order. Then I was like «forget it, I’ll just get a bean borrito,» and they said they were out of the regular beans!!! How could you be TACO BELL and run out of beans??? So then I said «ok I’ll have a large Mac and chees» from the KFC side. They said it would take a minute. Fine whatever. A minute? More like 15. While I was waiting for my order and my bfs order of the honey BBQ chicken sandwich, I heard the customer behind me trying to order chicken thighs or whatever and they said they were out of that as well! He started taking pictures of how messy the counters were and how empty all the food cases were. They employees started getting all ahead of themselves saying that he was a creep trying to take pics of them. No. He was also appalled that they were out of everything and he’s prob either corporate or just simply a pissed off customer like the rest of us were and took pics to send to management to show what a disaster it was in there. Then they forgot my bfs sandwich and made him a new COLD one and handed me a HALF FiLLED Mac and cheese. A nice older lady who just finished eating came over to us and asked if our food was cold too. And to top ALLLLL this nonsense off, they CLOSED at 8:37 (I was still in the parking lot) when they are supposed to close at 10:00!!! They better get new employees otherwise I’m never going in again. I don’t know what happened, they had good ppl who were on top of things up until a few weeks ago.

If you want to increase your cholesterol go right ahead! Sweaty juicy fat on each item. Yikes!!!

Typical Taco Bell or KFC food.
Good: fast, cheap, taste like it should
Bad: the people that work there are not the friendliest but I know why… I watched customers come in and every single person had crazy exceptions. I know that it’s great to get food your way but these people were rude about it. I live in Los Gatos and sometimes see this attitude but it is highly mastered in here, strange. So, my experience was waiting in a long line because of customers special orders and testy employees that seem to hate the routine.
Our food took about 5 – 10 minutes which is a freakin long time for fast food. It tasted as expected.
And that’s it… Try it if you want. I’m sure we will be back since it’s the only Taco Bell/​KFC in the area.

Do not judge. Sometimes a guy just has to get his Taco Bell on.
Greasy, sloppy, gooey goodness all wrapped up in a cheesy bean burrito. Holy funk balls, this junk tastes sooo good. Taco Supreme; wow… THIS is what I craved. It’s been years since I have had Taco Bell, so you know I was in cheap Mexican food heaven. Rivers of diet soda, friendly employees and a super fast order turnaround made me a fan of Taco Bell again… well, this Taco Bell, the next time I’m in Los Gatos.

TBell makes my tummy yum yum happy.
I try to stay away from the chalupas due to the thick, calorie laden outer shell and when I remember it I ask for my tacos fresco style… but it still is fast food and anyone who breathes probably shouldn’t eat it. My hard tacos are crispy and lovely although occasionally when I get sour cream I get a large dollop focused on only one side… what’s up with that? Is the employee administering the sour cream blind in one eye?
Great lunch altogether, though now I just have to find something to do with these 28,193 sauce packets they put in my bag of food…
