Travis did a fantastic job helping my wife and I buy our first home. Once you have decided to make him a part of your team he is your number one advocate. He is knowledgeable of the area and listens when you tell him what you like and dislike, he won’t push you into a sale and he’ll give you plenty of time to make a decision. When we found the house we liked he was relentless making sure we would get into the house at the best possible cost. After the sale, he still worked with us and has gone out of his way to make us satisfied and ensure the home is still where we want to be. He isn’t the cheapest realtor, and he doesn’t push sales, so his numbers are not impressive, but if you look at his work/life ratio he is doing it right. If you are looking for someone that will become a friend and a trusted adviser, look no further. If you are looking for a cheap realtor, you may want to keep looking. As a first time home buyer, Travis was exactly what my wife and I needed.

Travis was hardworking, diligent and well informed throughout the buying process. He was able to pinpoint the perfect home for me in a timely and precise manner ~ I have always heard that house hunting is a nightmare, but with Travis, it was a simple and straightforward process. Travis identified my needs quickly, performed a screening of homes, and found the perfect one for me. Within days, we had locked in a solid offer that would not have been possible without his guidance. Throughout the entire process, Travis’ relaxed and charismatic demeanor conveyed respect and care for the customer. His attention to detail and his diligence throughout the process showed that he really cared about the success of each of his clients, and that he would do what he needed to in order to see that success flourish. An A+ Real Estate Agent. I would highly recommend his services.

I recommended Travis to my son and very pregnant daughter-in-law who were looking to move from an apartment to a house. He found a number of options and provided pros and cons that we would never think of. Travis took their input into account(fixer-upper was fine, good neighborhood crucial, yard for kids to play, cul de sac preferred) and found a number of options to select from. The over-the-top service came after they found the house they wanted. Travis has a great team of financial people for lending options, inspectors so they knew what they were getting and contractors if work needed to be done. We used Travis’ recommendations for all except one area, and it turns out we should have trusted his input there as well. Travis’ experience along with a thoughtful and caring attitude brought my son and daughter-in-law into their first home one month before giving birth to our first grandson. They are very happy with their house at the end of a cul de sac, and as grandparents we are relieved to see them in a good area with nice neighbors. If you are looking to sell or buy a home, I highly recommend Travis and his team.
