After destroying my laptop with a cup of coffee, and Apple telling me it was not repairable for any reasonable price, I purchased a new lap top and took my old laptop to ClickAway to see if they could retrieve any of my application information. Eddy at ClickAway helped this novice computer owner, explaining what needed to be done and was able to retrieve all the information from my old computer, download it to a storage device and then my new computer. Thank you Eddy! I am a new believer in backing up my data unless all I want is e-mails and photos!

I have been coming to this Verizon location for years. This is a small store, and I find the staff to be much more helpful here than at the larger stores. Today I had a problem with my iPhone. I didn’t want to take it to the Apple store because that never works for me :( Phat at Verizon was able to diagnose my problem and fix it for free(including software update)!! It took a while, be he was super patient and now my phone works!!! I’ll be back.

I’ve dealt with many Verizon offices in my years living in the Los Gatos area. Most were staffed with younger«newbys» who were less than knowledgeable about their products and services and were technically incompetent. They had a revolving door of sales people who lasted 1 – 3 months before being replaced. Clickaway in downtown Los Gatos is a refreshing Verizon dealer with knowlegeable technician/sales people who have been there for years. They are people who obviously love helping their customers. Tim(ex-owner) runs a tight ship. New people are trained OTJ daily. He’s a great mentor. Mike bends over backwards to dig into the details of your problems and methodically works them out until they are resolved. He exudes professionalism and customer care. Jacob is newer but picking up the skills mentored to him by Tim and Mike. The best way to categorize these people is the«dream team» for customer service. As a retired silicon valley engineer, I recommend them highly. for their analytical skills and true customer service.

I recently visited the Los Gatos store because my I dropped my Apple Iphone into… yes a bucket of latex paint. By the time I could get to the Los Gatos store the paint had dried and the Sales Specialist Wendy Salazar immediately jumped on it and was able to clean up the screen and contacts enough that the phone works again! Three salutes to Ms Salazar! While watching the phone get cleaned up the Assistant Store Manager Steven Armstrong was able to review and update my account to bring it into the 21st century with a new phone and info plan that should work out just fine. Wanted to thank them both, as well as letting Clickaway know that the company does have two employees on the front line providing exceptional customer service! I renewed my Verizon contract here and I wish I hadnt. Phat erased my contact list. There were several hundred contacts and only about 12 existed after the new phone transfer. You would think that they would know how to do this by now but I guess not.

Great place to go for service or a new phone. Tim Cannard and his team will take great care of you. He really knows his stuff and has been doing it a long time. I’ve been a customer of his for over 10 years and he still takes the time to make sure I’m taken care of.

I contacted ClickAway to describe the negative experience I had at the Los Gatos Blvd store, and received a prompt and courteous reply from Kevin, a District Manager for the company. I was invited to come meet with him at the store, and was impressed by the quick, satisfactory resolution he offered. One bad experience, but if the new store management is anything like the division manager, I’d say they’ve got it all worked out. I very much appreciate the help!

I am a Sprint transfer customer, came into Verizon Click-Away in November 2014; I had to wait until Feb 1 for my 2 year contract to end. I received excellent customer service from Eden and Vang(manager-owner). Vang made sure that we were given the very best deal possible since we were transferring multiple lines from Sprint. I was so impressed with their patience, helping us with every detail of the phones we were about to buy. We were given an excellent deal from Vang; the man knows how to ensure that customers are happy and deals are made. Eden, also, was patient with us while we chose the plans and phones, having made several changes to our choices along the way with a smile on her face. I don’t think I could have been so polite and patient with a customer who was constantly changing their minds. I was very impressed with their customer service; it made me realize that I was heading in the right direction by switching to Verizon. All in all, the Click-Away Verizon in Los Gatos had to be the best cell phone experience to date for our family. We were treated with kit gloves, given every possible discount allowable, and provided the best devices which also included several upgrades with no increase in price to our monthly rate. My wife decided to change from an iPhone to a Samsung; the phone was not in stock. Vang got in his car, drove to the nearest Verizon store which had the device, and delivered, ensuring that we left with the exact device we wanted. Impressed isn’t a good enough word for Vang and his team. We are now satisfied Verizon customers, with the very best cell area coverage and top of the line devices. My wife Sally and I give a standing ovation to Vang and Eden for taking excellent care of us. 5 stars a must and well deserved.

I came to this store after eating breakfast one morning. I was assisted by Laura who was very knowledgable and helped me decide to get a new iPhone. I ordered it and was told they would call me when it came in. Sure enough they called me and the following day I came down and got it. They activated my phone much faster than any service I have ever gotten at other stores, there was a very short wait, and Laura looked at my plan and saved me money each month on my bill. I could not have been happier with the professional service and my overall experience with ClickAway!

I went to the place down the street by The Office Depot and they were incredibly slow and rude. So I went back here and got absolutely amazing service with all my issues solved quickly and efficiently and with fun interaction with the staff. It was like a friend fixing your computer while having a beer only there was no beer. Next time I’m bringing beer.

Great service today. Able to upgrade my phone without drama, having my phone held up to a magnifying glass and being told I got my phone wet(nope) and then not helping me upgrade to a new phone like another location. You should go here. They are nice and thorough and my new phone is great and I saw them swap out another customer’s phone that was defective without any of the above accusation strategies. Just helpful, friendly and professional.

I bought my MIFI from ClickAway and after receiving excellent service and support, I decided to pre-order my new iPhone 5 from Evo2. Kimberly Casteel was the associate who helped me out. She was helpful, friendly, and made the whole process of switching my phone a wonderful experience. She also informed me of some accessories that will keep my phone safe from damage and scratching, which I will be back to purchase soon! Thanks for the great customer service!
