Great pizza! Friendly staff! Love their pizza roll and garlic knots. Best in Los Lunas. Jessica is the best! Thank you!

If I could give negative stars I would!!! So disappointed. Called in my order for a pick up, they said it would be ready in 25 mins. I showed up a half hour later and they told me they were just starting on it, I asked why considering we called a half hour ago. Staff tried to argue with me about the time I called, when she finally checked the ticket she saw I was correct. She said the pizza would be ready in 10 mins. I said will it be cooked??? She told me it would be because their ovens are set at 550 and it takes 7 mins to cook. I asked for free delivery since it was their mess up they refused but did promise it would be ready after 15 mins. Still nothing, asking for my money back was an act of congress!!! WARNINGDON’T EVERCOMEHERE!!! Worst service ever!!!

I love their pizza by the slice for some reason it comes out cheesier than when you order a while one. Over all I like the esthetics of the place and it’s clean! Sometimes they take a little longer but I’m not gonna rush a good thing!

Really like the pizza… but have never never… I repeat never have been given the correct wait time… busy not busy… I really believe they don’t know or don’t care. Twice I was left on hold for over 20 minutes… but that’s what you have to settle for if you don’t want to hit a national chain Pizzeria

Very unprofessional staff. They are dishonest about their wait times. I don’t mind waiting for pizza but I expect them to be honest with me. 30 minutes more wait time than they tell me is not professional. Also their pizza is super salty. It feels like licking a salt block. I’ve given this place many chances and it always disappoints. I will never give this place my business again.

Let me start by saying, the pizza is good. I was born and raised in NY and, according to my husband, I am a pizza snob. I actually called to compliment it on our first order. What isn’t good is the service. We’ve ordered a lot of food from here, and almost every order had a mistake. The wrong dessert, wrong topping, wrong sides, missing items, the list goes on. Because there is so little to eat in town, and it’s a small business, we kind of just sucked it up and kept ordering without a complaint. We reached our limit when a pizza took an hour and 20 minutes and was cold. Called to complain. We were told that no manager was available because it was too busy and the best they could do was give us a free garlic knot next time. Fine. So we order another pizza and remind them about the garlic knots. The pizza comes cold and totally uncut. We call to complain. No manager again, but a rude employee named Tanya asked us if we knew how to cut a pizza and told us that, if they were here, they’d show us how. Now, my husband and I are both culinary grads working in the industry 20 years each. We know how to cut a pizza, and at this point, I wish I had made my own. Maybe 30 minutes later, what I’m guessing now is a fake employee calls to get the story about what happened, listens, apologizes, and offers us a free pizza for next time. Turned off, we wait a week or two to order again. When we do call, there is no record of our comped pizza. Also, there is no manager available to discuss this issue. They are in a business meeting I’m told by none other than Tanya. Also, they let me know that the manager said we are not getting anything for an uncut pizza whilst calling me(and my husband) sweetheart and honey repeatedly. Funny thing is the only time the manager was available was when I had a compliment, and even that was received with mild enthusiasm at best. Btw, every delivery driver I interacted with was friendly and helpful.

Looks don’t make place. However we are here for the food. This was nice change from corporate pizza. We have an order Ziti garlic knots and a meat lovers pizza. The meat lovers comes with bacon. Bacon don’t need an escort. Order the pie without it. The New York style took to some practice. I loved it more flavor less dough. The Garlic knots are worthy of whacking a guy out, you know jus saying. And we haven’t stated on the pie. We left with leftover pizza, Ziti, and ordered another order of Garlic Knots. And they deliver also. Love the place.

Went here and ordered the calzone and a slice of pizza. Calzone was super greasy and barely able to eat it. On the pizza we had ordered sausage on the pizza and they put a gyro meat? Not the best I won’t be back

GREAT pizza! Even better Pastrami sandwiches ! This may be the best pizza joint in the area! Very nice and attentive staff! I will be back again. Can’t believe it has been open for a year and it’s the first time I’ve been here!

I have been here a few times. Each time trying a different pizza. Have not found one I don’t like! My favorite is the Carne Adovada Pie! Oh so good and tasty. I am not a fan of New York style pizza, but this business has it down. LIght, tasty, and with a light flavorful crispness. All the toppings are fresh and good. The crispness is what other NY style pizza places here in NM lack. You can order a slice or whole pizza. The sizes on the pizza are large(16 inch) and extra large(18 inch). There are specials each day of the week. The slices are also HUGE! They say they have free wifi, but I have never picked up a signal. There is a small game room, but I have never played any of the games. There are two tvs constantly on at each end of the restaurant. I don’t find it distracting, but some may. You can sit away from them if you want. Just learned this on our last visit, they now have delivery!!! So this means Los Lunas finally has a good pizza that can be delivered!

Goodfellas pizza is hands down one of the best tasting pizza places in New Mexico, however the reason for my 3 star review is because for some reason the owner continues to let the two girls at the front counter drag down they’re raputation by the flawed out waiting time they quote and unprofessional customer service skills over the phone. They should reconsider what the front counter girls are doing to they’re reputation beacuse you can never make a second first impression.

Tried the pizza for the first time at a tent sale in los lunas this weekend and it was very good. Everyplace says they have New York pizza but most are not even close and while this pizza was not exactly like I was used to in Brooklyn it is close. It is really all about the dough and this dough was good. Try the green chile pizza, it was really good.

Service was on tonight! We ordered delivery and food was here before they said it would be. Service was good so was the food. Deliveryman was super cool and friendly. We will definitely order from here again.

definitely not going back here ever again, we ordered 2 calzones nothing fancy, $ 25 and some change pretty pricey but its ok…, she told us it would be about 15 – 20 mins, well fast forward an hour later we went up to the counter and asked her what the hold up was she said she didnt know, my wife was pretty irritated with them because she had seen the«cooks» playing around. well we asked for a refund the girl at the counter said she didnt know how to do that, then she said she could only give us instore credit, she went and checked on our order and we saw the«cooks» laughing at the fact that we sat for 1 hour for something that takes no less than 20 minutes with industrial size ovens and equipment, well she came back and she said she was very sorry and embarrassed that the«cooks» laughed about the whole thing… i really do hope the owner reads this and listens and hires or properly trains her mediocre kitchen staff or her business will disappear in a few months, this is a small town, word of mouth moves quick…

Loved the pizza! The gal taking the phone orders could use a little training on her phone skills, but we will definitely order from here again! We only ordered pizza this time. The crust has a good crunch, great taste and they don’t skimp on the cheese! I’m looking forward to trying their other menu items! This place could give Dions a run for their money AND they deliver, a plus for sure! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Food was excellent. Pizza was delicious, and defiantly not pre made. The cobb salad was huge, full of toppings and yummy. We took a group and everyone in our group loved it. Only complaint was the restaurant was hot. We have been back several times, and its the best in Los Lunas!

Terrrible service. Didn’t start my order until I got there 25 minutes after I called and ordered. The girl at the counter said it was coming out«5 minutes»… 25 minutes later it was ready.

Finally, a pizza crust that doesn’t taste like cake! Crusty, yummy, chewy … right on! Had the Greek Pizza … Lots of toppings, just the right amount of pesto, and the crust was perfect.
