Problems with technology is not a reason to have to visit a store, but this store actually made the issue worse. First there is no signing in or getting a number at this store. We were greeted promptly by one of the employees, but not told there is a line to stand in to actually be called next. So one person who came in after was taken care of. Noted. Stand by the a kiosk thing and jump up at the counter when customer leaves. OK. Strange but I guess it works. After standing in LINE instead of meandering and checking out products, finally it was our turn. The representative could not do anything about the problem and gave us a number to call. She was nice and sweet about not being able to help so I gave this place an extra two stars!!! Good for her. Anyway, if you go to this particular store there is not a sign in or number given like in other stores. You just have to wait close to one of the«registers» and jump up or someone else will take your turn.

Thank GOD I am through with dealing with Verizon! Even though we had a family plan with 3 phones still open, they charged me $ 60.00 «early termination fee», PLUS the full amount of my phone bill. I asked to find out why my bill was so high, and all the dumb ass little girl could say was«I don’t know, you will have to call customer service for that». We’ve paid Verizon almost $ 5300.00 in the last two years for NOTHING!!! I WILLNOT recommend them to any one, even if they are the last phone service around!!!
