Went here for a lunch meeting, I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Good food, cool environment inside, friendly service. Wish it wasn’t way out in Loudon… I’ll certainly go again if I’m out that way.

Service average at best. I know they a don’t want to be working here but at least smile.

Party of 7. All had very good food. Molcajete was great and enough to split. Arroz con camaron very good also.

The salsa bar is nice, and unlimited chips are always good, but the quality of food is terrible. It’s always a surprise to see what temperature your food will be cooked to, raw, to refrigerated all day, to incinerated and hard as a rock. We have had two good experiences with this restaurant since they opened and unfortunately one of those good experiences we had excellent food, but the waitress overcharged us by almost $ 60 and still works there. Upon giving this place a final try today I ordered the Taco Loco Wet Burrito Special which is supposed to be a chicken burrito covered in enchilada sauce with pico de gallo and avocado. I was told it was extremely hot when it arrived, what I recieved though was canned soupy chicken filling a tortilla with two black halves of avocado on top. It was also ice cold and unseasoned. My fiancé had to send his nachos back because the chips had obviously been made and refrigerated because they had turned rubbery and our waitress promised she would try to get them chips that had been made this morning not with the meal like they should be, but something that has sat around under a heat lamp for at least 6 hours… yum. The service was good enough today, but the subpar food experience has done more than leave a bad taste in our mouths. Very disappointing, especially with the lack of dining options Loudon has.

AWESOMEMEXICAN. Far away from most things but food is incredible, very authentic. Margaritas are out of this world.
