This place is more than a gas station, it’s a gas station with a butcher and a deli. They hand cut steaks and season then in their own mix of seasonings. These steaks are better than steaks I’ve had that cost $ 50. They are best cooked over an open fire with some good hardwoods to medium rare, gotta slow cook them to get that smoky flavor that just compliments the seasonings. Sometimes they may be a bit salty, in that case just get one of the unseasoned steaks and have them out a little bit of seasoning on them. Best if you let them sit in the seasoning for a day or two. Macaroni salad and potato salad are pretty good too. Skip their cookies. And trust me when I say the steaks are good, I know people who drive 50 miles to get a steak from here and others who always take a bunch home to freeze. Mmmmmmm. Gas station steaks.

When you need a gas station outside of Loudonville, this one is as good as they come. The pumps are accessible, the convenience store is well-stocked and smells like fresh donuts.
