All in all, this is a great firm. My only snip has to do to with following up. My father’s apartment complex needed a declaration of renters insurance. We called and discussed the matter this morning with a male agent. This evening, my father receives a call saying that his 10+ year occupancy is in danger due to the lack of a fax that was to be sent to them by State Farm. My father is a long time customer of State Farm and as his daughter, from my perspective, I feel that my father deserved amazing service and he received subpar service. He is 69 years old and I’m protective. Again, other than this particular incident, State Farm has given pretty good service and we appreciate them.
