I try and eat at this place but they never have food cooked. I went in the other day and as usual they have 10 minutes on something to cook. Its crazy, its a fast food restaurant not a Made To Order. I go threw this every time i go there. I mean if its lunch time why don’t you have things already cooked. I went inside this time but i got my money back and went all the way to Henderson to dine. As i was leaving someone from drive thru was pulling off lol. Management needs to be upgraded and trained better.

This is the worst place ever! This restaurant is in need of (NEW MANAGEMENT) or it needs to be shut down.
This KFC is very nasty, not organized, and has not change for the better in the 3+ years I have been to this establishment. I always see customers drive off in drive-​thru, ALL OF THE TIME! Franklin County (LOUISBURG) is fallen apart.
