We used Allen’s Rentals for our outdoor seating for our wedding ceremony. He had the best price around and was so accommodating and helpful. He has a very reasonable cancellation policy as well as flexible pick up/​drop off times. For example, our venue did not allow us to leave the chairs there overnight and the wedding ceremony would be right outside of the reception so we didn’t want to have people fold up all of the chairs while guests were still hanging outside just after the ceremony. He agreed to come back at 10:30pm to pick them up instead so that we wouldn’t disrupt the reception. I will definitely be using his company for rentals in the future.

Can’t comment on their tents, but I did rent 80 folding chairs. The chairs were brand new and after we had agreed on the price, I called them up just the day before the event and told them I needed 10 more chairs because I was going to have more attendees than I thought. The guy was very nice and said he couldn’t guarantee the extra chairs but would do his very best. When he showed up the next day, he had brought 90 chairs, however he didn’t give me a revised invoice. When I asked about it, he said not to worry because he wasn’t able to guarantee me the extra chairs, he wouldn’t charge me for them. I thought that was pretty fair, so will definitely recommend and use Allen’s in the future.
