B & L Self Storage

I’m very picky about self-​storage, having been burned badly by Public Storage. I found B & L Self Storage while looking for another storage facility, and decided to stop by and check it out. I was very pleased with both the service (no-​surprises, quick response) and the low cost. I also liked that it was NOT open 24 hours a day. I would definitely use B & L again. Be sure to stop by the front office to pet the cat, and make sure she’s not in your storage unit before you close the door! Only downsides: they don’t do anything by email, and they communicate much better face-​to-​face than by phone. Also, B & L doesn’t allow you to move your things from or into any self-​pod storage units — you have to move your things directly into or from a vehicle of some kind. That’s a big bummer. But otherwise, I HIGHLY recommend B & L.
