If you’d like a doctor that actually keeps her appointments, FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. For two consecutive years, I have taken a vacation day for my Pap smear, driven the 40 minutes to the office, only to discover upon arriving that Dr. Basham won’t be seeing me, and I’ll have to reschedule the appointment. The appointment that was already terribly hard to secure in the first place. The office staff is also completely incompetent and apparently doesn’t understand the definition of «afternoon.» Then, when I called to move my records, they tried to stop me.
