I’ve never seen such a large selection of jerky in my life. The sampling is great so you can try new things without buying a whole bag so you buy what you like! The owners are super friendly and helpful. My kids swear the gummies are the best they’ve ever had, and the cheese curd is also very delicious. Love this place!

I don’t always get beef jerky but when I do I get it from these guy’s because they have the best jerky in Louisville and the most friendly and knowledgeable staff. They not only have the best jerky they also have a huge collection of hot sauces, bbq sauces, marinades, gourmet popcorn and candy. There is something for everyone at Beef Jerky Outlet in Louisville.

Completely creative, and a great interactive introduction to al things jerky.
The digs are clean and organized. Many barrels of awesome jerky around of MANY varieties (I stopped counting after beef, pork, turkey, alligator, kangaroo… ok they’ve got meat n stuff) which they will freely give you samples. Beware of the hot ones, for they are hot. Everything I tried was great, love the texture of the non-​traditional/​dehydrated selections. Very tender and full of flavor. More soy-​sauce/​gluten-​free options than I imagined, and I would definitely go back. The prices aren’t cheap but no good jerky is honestly. HFCS is used more than desirable in many of their products but hey… it is what it is. I’ll be back!
