We had a small job that we needed carpet for, just a stair well with some stairs that were too run down to refinish or paint. The folks at Carpet Mart were super nice when I called to make sure they even took on such small jobs, then when I stopped in the store, they were very helpful and efficiently addressed my wishes and concerns for the project. I found a perfectly sized remnant and they scheduled my appointment for a few days later. The install went just as well as the purchase, quick and painless, and we’re very pleased with the results! I will definitely visit them first for future carpet projects.

I had a horrendous experience trying to get flooring ordered and installed by the Home Depot… 4 weeks of waiting for product and scheduling they left us high and dry.
After walking into The Carpet Mart and explaining to the salesman about how our house was currently ripped apart down to the concrete slab and we had no floors with a baby due in three weeks, he showed me all of our options for getting some new floors. He was very nice and courteous, and even showed me some super nice carpet remnants that would work for our bedrooms– this stuff was super high quality that I could have never afforded otherwise. He even managed to get next day delivery for us since he had guided us to remnants and stocked product only!
I have no complaints about Carpet Mart! These guys have been in business for a long time and it shows why!

After feeling rather dissatisfied with Lowe’s, decided to come here. Wow, what a pleasant experience! Theresa, the saleswoman, was polite, friendly, and super low-​pressure (*no* pressure, really). We found a carpet at a great price. The installers were friendly and professional, and installed our carpet 22 *hours* (rather than days) after we purchased it! It was a rewarding experience from beginning to end. Definitely go to Carpet Mart! You won’t regret it.
