I despise going into any cellphone service due to the frustration and lack of one positive experience in one… Until now! Kadie Hays was amazing and assisted me with all of my questions.
I really couldn’t have found someone better to assist us with our new plan. We are looking forward to staying with cellular sales :))))

The customer service here was terrible! When I went in the store to purchase a new phone (my old phone died on me), I was the only customer in the store and the agent who «assisted» me, acted like I was a burden to him the whole time. I would have went somewhere else if I had more time that evening.

Buyer Beware. I am embarrassed to admit I was duped by the sales rep who sold me a plan for $ 63 a month only to find out in the first billing cycle that it’s a $ 103 a month plan. The very savvy, very appealing rep never uttered a word about «the plan» also including a $ 40 a month «Smartphone Access Fee.» Not a single word as I sat there quietly, listening intently as I bought my first smartphone from someone who I thought was trustworthy, Shameless.
