This is strictly for kids. The pizza was awful the chicken was aweful I would have done better going to Kroger’s and getting food

Chuck E Cheese’s is what it is people. I feel like maybe previous reviewers were expecting it to be more than a token arcade with cheap prizes, a dancing mouse, and mediocre pizza. This one is clean and has dozens of tables and games as well as friendly, helpful employees so they get a good rating from me. I make sure to give the kids lunch at home before we go, get on the website ahead of time to get coupons, and come on a weekday afternoon to minimize the unpleasant reality that a visit to Chuck E Cheese’s is for adults. I have to ration their tokens over time, so the free climbing structure is a nice added resource for them to burn some time and energy between coin dispersals. I feel like I got everything I could reasonably expect on my visit and as a Chuck E Cheese’s I recommend this location.

It was alright. It’s nice that they stamp the kids and parents hands as they come in so I can let the little one have some freedom. The food was incredibly fast but also mediocre. I spent 40 bucks for a large pizza, four drinks and 95 tokens. All in all I would say it was more like a $ 25 experience.

I don’t have much to add that hasn’t been covered already(see Lorie L.‘s review). I love the free WI-FI. I have two toddlers who LOVE to come to Chuck E. Cheese. I oblige on birthdays and special occasions ONLY. For a family of 4, we use a coupon for a food/game combo: large one topping pizza, 4 drinks, and 100 tokens for $ 39.99(online website). This will keep them happy and busy for 2 – 3 hours, and includes a visit from Chuck E Cheese(dance and ticket toss). If it’s a child’s birthday, tell the entrance employee who stamps your hand(for a birthday sticker and a few free tokens). Go online to print behavior incentive charts(website) to help your kids earn 10 game tokens(ex. Doing chores, good behavior, potty training, etc.). Overall, it’s a fun time for smaller children, and my husband enjoys the games, too. I’d rate this establishment higher if the food was tastier, the games were all working/serviced, and they kept it cleaner. However, they do a pretty good job considering the hoards of children who regularly crowd this establishment.

As parents you only go to Chuck E Cheese for the kids. They beg, they plead and eventually you give in. From the moment you enter, it is a whirlwind of activity. Very loud activity. Do not visit here if you are tired or already have a headache. Make sure to block out 2 – 3 hours of your life too. When you enter, you will be greeted by an employee that is marking your family with an ID stamp. This is for security purposes. A child cannot leave the premises alone or with an adult not having the same ID. You then order at the front desk. For those not in the mood for pizza, CEC does offer a salad bar. You also purchase game tokens here. You will be given a number to display at your table so the server can bring the food to the correct family. Since you will already have game tokens, you have an opportunity to kill some time playing while your pizza cooks. The restaurant is fairly open so if your kids are 5 yrs or older, you can let them run off and play without you. Most of the time you can see them playing. The pizza is okay. My favorite part is the crust. CEC has never served pizza to write home about, but it’ll do. Your kids don’t care about anything other than the games anyway. For the price, I wish it was better though. Make sure to save some tokens for later. Most games give tickets and these can be turned in for cheap prizes before leaving. You won’t get anything good. Remember, CEC is for the kids. It’s all about the experience. Make sure to check out the games taking photos or doing sketches. They are fun keepsakes. And for the younger kids, a few riding games are available.

The pizza was hot and fresh. The games were reasonably priced but they did not have enough staff at the registers or the prize counter. We waited an extended amount of time that with little kids was unacceptable. Prices fir pizza are high and salad bar is way overpriced.

It was just ok. I don’t go in with high expectations. The pizza was below average. I lost many tokens in games that didn’t work. The ticket people were very nice, which is hard to do in that job. I would return, only because my kids like it.

I came in with very low expectations. Came early on Sunday morning. Pretty clean. Salab bar was a joke. Pizza was actually not bad. The games were all working, and only cost 1 token. Yes, it is a rip off. $ 50 for 2 pizzas and 4 sodas? But where else can you let rug rats run around for 1.5 hours on a subzero winter day.

I went on a Friday night because as parents sometimes we are suckers. I was pleased. I didn’t order food because the food is gross(outside of cotton candy & bread sticks), it’s not like it improves each visit. It was a little crazy when it was time to cash in tickets, but honestly what do you expect? They also let the kids get in the ticket blaster machine for a dollar. I loved that & I’ve also NEVER seen it done at anywhere else. I’d go back again, but I’d try to go earlier like when they first open because there is less of a crowd.

With the amount of money that this establishment charges for mediocre pizza and sub par salads combined with the huge amount of profit that they make off of the continuous stream of tokens going into their video games, it would seem that they should pay more attention to their customers. While visiting today for a reserved birthday party, we were met with a 15 minute wait just to get in the door. The associate at the check in counter was definitely overwhelmed with a rush of individuals trying to leave as well as crowds of party goers trying to get in. After numerous attempts to obtain assistance from his managers and colleagues through his walkie talkie, he resorted to berating the patrons for wanting to get in. It was a really bad experience for my family. We have had the opportunity to patronize this location on multiple occassions with similar experiences.
