I am very dissatisfied with Coit. The 2 men who came to my house did not honor the estimate I was given on the phone. They also couldn’t tell me how they came up with the amount they charged. They said bad things about Stanley Steamer cleaners, one stating he used to work there and he should know. They left spots on the carpet that weren’t there when they came. I called to complain, because they have a satisfaction guarantee. I specifically asked the girl on the phone not to send the same team out; she agreed; but she did anyway. They got the stains out, but my very expensive carpet no longer lays flat in the rooms they cleaned. I will now have to pay a pro to stretch it in those rooms and the hall. I so wish I had stayed with Stanley Steamer, who charges half as much and does many times over a better job.

I used COIT to clean the air ducts and carpet, and would definitely use them again. Ron and Jeff did a great job and were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend COIT to anyone looking for these services. Thank you!

I had a terrible experience with Coit, and judging by the reviews from other cities, this should have been expected. I was lied to about the product/service that I purchased. It did not work as promised (grout cleaning and color seal) and when I called to ask for them to clean I was spoken to very rudely and was told that they would fix it if I paid. Oh well. Lesson learned, sales guys lie and make sure you make them put everything in writing. Oh and look forward to an endless amount of sales calls after you get work done.

Hello Coit… remember me? I somehow drank too many glasses of red wine that ended up on my carpet and not in my belly! It’s that time of year to come and clean my carpets again… Poised, professional and an attentive staff made this a seamless process! They were running a special and for $ 89 — I am back to new! Now, what bottle should I open next? Oh yeah, it’s only 2:30pm!

My mom used these guys and said they did a really good job and offered to come back and do it again if she wasn’t happy. Hard to beat that! Mom is pretty demanding so if she liked them they must be OK. They weren’t listed on Unilocal but had an A+ rating on BBB so I added them.
