CyberHeadz

I took two laptops in to Cyber Headz last week for repairs. One, an HP, needed a new fan and was running slowly due to what I deemed «mystery reasons». Keith was quick to figure out my «mystery reasons» were really a couple of pre-​installed virus programs that I thought I’d uninstalled months ago. Turns out, they were lurking and interfering with my preferred anti-​virus. He replaced the fan and uninstalled the programs, all for less than he originally quoted!
The second computer, an Asus, was a bit (OK, a lot) beyond our budget to repair properly. Although he didn’t stand to profit from it, he told us about a part we could order online that would be a run-​around to our problem. We are having trouble getting the computer to charge, so he told us about an external battery charger. It ended up costing less than what we’d budgeted to fix the laptop, and we are now huge fans of this computer repair shop.
